Look forward to seeing your comparison between burners. I'm torn between Anvil and Blichmann. Total overkill for 5g batches I'm doing, but go big or go home right ?? Kidding of course....they both look like great burners
They are both great burners and can't go wrong with either. Blichmann will put more power out than the Anvil and is purely built better if you can afford the extra amount. But also owning the Anvil, we've had no issues with doing 5 gal batches with it. We recommend either of them over a banjo burner.
