    It's burning way too rich. Give it more air till you get a blue flame. Great idea! Will save you a lot of time.

      Just open the vent on the burner!

    Nice job. Now, all you need is to install a drain valve down low on the side of you barrel to drain the water out when you are done.

    What a guy! You are the man Jason! Quite the craftsman!! Always so proud of you 👍 I love watching you do anything
    And I love your wonderful family. Wish I could adopt you all, but it is still pretty great to feel like family, and we have many of our homesteader families that know each other. I love seeing you all at each other’s homes! God bless each of your family and keep you safe! Love, Norma (from Florida)

    Another job well done! I admire how well you plan your projects and how clean your work areas are while you build anything. Looks so good it made me want one and I am a city dweller with no animals to process LOL! I have wanted to raise pigs ever since watching your builds of the pig ports and ya'lls journey with the brothers! Sow The Land is one of my top favorite channels that I dont want to miss watching. Sweet family that works hard. God bless!

    LOVE THE DESIGN !! THIS thing could make a great large batch fryer for a get together. Love it. A little friendly criticism on your weld joint. It appears you need more heat on your weld joints. Which will fuse (melt) the welds better. Though, this thing could last forever. I am only mentioning this because of the use. Rust can collect in the pin holds and eventually rust out. Your welds do not look like they had much penetration on camera. I would hate to see that much boiling water dump on a person. Do not get me wrong. You did a great job with the design and being new to welding. Just wanting to warn you a bit. Your welds could be cleaned up with a grinder and re-welded. As always, love what you guys do !!

    Great job! I always thought about making something like that to get rid of snow after those huge storms when there was no place left to pile it up. You could make one that burns wood, though I imagine the propane gives better control. Or maybe a hybrid?

    If rare Earth magnets over heat they can loose their magnesium. So carful not to over heat them

    • @rstevewarmorycom
      @rstevewarmorycom 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, only neodymium are subject to that and at a fairly low temp. The welding magnet clamps are samarium cobalt or AlNiCo. They would have to get really hot, but welding is very localized.
