1/2 cup water
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
14 ounces sweetened condensed skim milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3 shots espresso
1 cup milk

this is great! but skip the part with the water and the sugar, just add all the spices and the pumpkin puree to the condensed milk, heat it up on low heat and it will be even more perfect 😍😍

The Water is to liquefy it, condensed mile is too thick. So u making a syrup and that's why he added the sugar.

Awesome video! Just a side note: try to have your drink ready for the espresso before brewing them. Shots "die" after 10-15 seconds when their texture and flavor change significantly. It's still ok to drink but it's so much better when you add them to milk right away!

This is literally the only recipe video that I found that actually feels like it's legit and it's going to taste like Starbucks pumpkin spice.... it's like yeah I'm lactose intolerant but I still want it to taste like authentic Starbucks pumpkin spice latte! People need to stop trying to make pumpkin spice lattes healthy, nobody is getting this drink because they're trying to be healthy at aaall they're getting it because it's decadent and delicious!!!!

I live in south Australia and we do not get pumpkin spice lattes here (we also don’t have Starbucks) so when I saw this I rushed to the shops and get all the ingredients (unfortunately we don’t have canned pumpkin purée so I had to roast pumpkin and blitz it to make my own) I absolutely loved it!!!! I made the pumkin spice with the purre sauce all the time during lock down at home. Sometimes our pumkin sauce is insanely sweet. I love this alternative.

First off I love your energy big thumbs up 👍. I tried the recipe but it did leave a little lack luster on the pumpkin side. I tweaked it by putting in 1 cup of pumpkin. Then cutting down the FF condensed milk to 7 ounces ( or a little less then a cup) Then a slightly little heaping 1/2 tsp. of pumpkin spice to compensate for the extra puree. Wow it came out amazing. Thanks again for the inspiration 🙏
