- Derek Kraus is racing laps around the competition, and he's not even old enough for a driver’s license. The 14-year-old NASCAR hopeful from Wisconsin races super late model series cars, and has been competing against adults since he was 12. Keep your eye on this one - that is, if you can keep up.
