Did anyone think that The prison massacre by The Demogorgon in season 4 was going for nr 1 or at least Top 3? I personally thought it was wayyyy scarier than anyone on The list.
And the fact that the hospital monster(my opinion) is just the scariest monster in the series and I call it Giant Mr. Crabs is just funny. Fun fact, the crab monster was actually a flesh part of the Mindflayer bc the Mindflayer needed more humans to be at max condition to fight El
Im suprised the scene where Will was screaming in the field wasnt on the list. I dont remember what episode it was, but at some point in season 2 then him, Mike, Joyce, Bob and Hopper are in a field whilst some people from hawkins lab go underground to burn the vines, but because the vines and Will were connected, then Will got burnt aswell and for me that scene was horrifying!
Is no one gonna talk about poor Will getting caught by the demogorgan. I have to agree myself that was pretty scary and sad. I could definitely feel how scared he was.
I'm i the only one who doesn't find this show scary? I mean don't get me wrong, this show is beyondd fucking amazing! But i just don't see how it's scary, the story is just so good that i'm more focus on the plot than the horror itself lol.

Whether it was vecna or if it wasnt it isnt a demogorgon other wise will would look like barb . And when will got stuck in the shed with the monster it was tall and human like and didnt have the pointed face that the demogorgon has it looked human , vecna / henry was a human so therefore that explains the human like look . To add to my thought , the duffer brothers thought of vecna before s1 premiered so it has been a plan the whole time so this is 100% possible

How could you not even mention the poor cat named Mews who was brutally killed and partially eaten by a demodog?! 😱😢😭 As a cat lover I find this the scariest and definitely the saddest part of the entire series.
SPOILER: Chrissy’s death in S4 E1 was absolutely horrifying. It felt like something straight out of the Exorcist and it’s the first time where we truly saw Vecna in action and how much more horrifying he is
anyone who says season 3 was too light and playful didnt watch season 3. The main villain literally liquified people to use their dissolved flesh and bones to build his body.
My nervous moments is will got kidnapped by dark figure/demogorgon and billy/mind flayer about the will world will end by monsters from another dimension.

In all honesty I haven’t been scared yet by the whole show. Maybe I’m just desensitized to horror but it’s been more action to me than spooky. I see how it can be spooky though.
