Been thinking of going full wireless for some events. Nice to see someone else doing it. How did this system perform with a packed room? Also does the sound quality decrease being wireless vs being plugged in xlr?

I have successfully utilized the Alto Stealth Pro system for several years across numerous events, particularly those necessitating wireless transmission to the main speakers due to venue floor plans and layouts. The system has consistently performed impeccably whenever I prioritize the strongest reception signals on each receiver and employ full-wave antennas.
The performance of the system notably enhanced when I transitioned from quarter-wave to full-wave antennas. While wireless transmission may slightly reduce sound quality compared to balanced XLR wired connections, particularly in the bass frequencies, it is generally imperceptible to the average attendee. Adjusting the subwoofer level on the unit can effectively compensate for any minor differences.

I would love to know how you created your rigs? How do you tackle battery longevity issue in an event?

    • @eddybobby6211

Hi Adil! The only batteries being used are the rechargable ones in the Comica system and the Sennheiser microphones. The power they hold can last 2 or 3 events but I recharge them prior every event.
The Alto Stealth Pro receivers and EV Evolve 50 speakers are powered by electrical power outlet. They are not battery operated. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the comment and please excuse the late response. I didn't realize I had comments and questions till now.
I ordered the Sennheiser full wave passive antennas from American Musical Supply. For the price of two of these is more affordable than one Fin antenna yet I get a great transmission or reception pending if I use them for the Alto or my Sennheiser microphone system. Just make sure what ever you invest in that the antenna is passive and not active because a passive antenna can be used for both a reception or a transmission where an active full wave antenna can only be used for receiving a signal.
