Hi I dont know how you said fits in 1 bowl and less washing i dont know, as u used spare dishes , several baking pans, u should just use 1 baking pan an wash only 1 baking pan and then u should say less washing , nonetheless i don't have this pan i do have springform pans shall I use my 1 springform pan thats 24 cm or 26cm or 28cm? i got 3 sizes of round springform pans , i would prefer 1 pan for the same reason as to get done in kitchen quickly and also everyone don't have the pan so they wil need to use pan they have on hand and then they need to know how much batter goes in pan , so its better to make ones life simple and others too using 1 baking pan
Preheated the pot for 10 minutes on medium flame than bake a cake on low to medium flame for 30 - 35 minutes or until cakes completely baked u should check after 30 minutes with toothpick bake in 7 - 8 inch cake tin

No, because only buttermilk will give you a fluffy texture.
You can add 1tbsp of vinegar to your milk or 1 tbsp of lemon juice mix and wait a few minutes and it will have acidic taste like buttermilk
