    I just saw a small clip on master chef uk that randomly appeared on my newsfeed. Where you spoke of your mum and how you do all this so you can give her a good life too.     Very nice, I miss sisnu ko tartari. I come from Himalayan side Nepal we used to have it a lot. My family used to cook it outside of the house. But we don't get sis u here In Australia.

    Alu sisnu great combination and the great idea you gave me is ice bath to protect original color was new for me.you are the first nepalese chef who is going to introduce nepalese cousin in the world.

    I love everything about this video but wanted to give a humble suggestion. You are making us proud by promoting our Nepali food and culture. It would be great if you could speak in Nepali and add subtitles in English. It is visually mesmerizing to see your creation but it would be equally comfortable in listening if you could speak our language and add subtitles for those who wont understand. Keep up the good work sir. ❤

    It’s really great to see you present Nepali dishes to the world. I wish you much success in life further. I reside in Australia but my brother stays in London so I have personally asked my brother to visit your restaurant at central London. I want you to share these kind of videos in future too. For next upcoming videos, I am sure your videos will go to eyes of the millions if you shorten the length of video and do dubbing instead of live speaking. I really liked the music of the video it’s really unique and everything else is just perfect. Proud of you :)

      North Indian also prepare this dish especially in Uttrakhand or hilly areas i saw many ppl pack sabzi with roti and then they go to jungle for hunting etc. Middle class or rich ppl also like this dish.this is comfort food and very healthy easy to cook.

    when my mom had cooking the sisnu she hade add the conrflour. i think conrflour is makes thick soup 🍲 if I am nm not wrong !

    Thank you for the recipe,
    I believe some xanthine gums should have been better for good texture or cornmeal flour ( makaiko pitho).
    I have tried with them it really works beautifully and gives the real thick sticky texture like we eat in Nepal.
