I remember when I was excited to go on you tube daily n watch diesel stop vids then I noticed the uploads stopped for awhile..then came back..then stopped I use to b impatient. Then I started a channel with Cummins builds n conversions n started my own shop n now I go to school as well. I now am very understand Wayne its a lot to juggle for one man and TH-cam bids take a while to upload keep up good work man even tho I can't see u doing good work on TH-cam I know ur wrench in on them Cummins n living life and staying very busy hope all is well man
Hey my friend you still alive? We haven't seen or heard a peep for quite some time, how's life & all of your projects been going? Or has work been so bust ass busy there's no time for Vid's, well man I hope all's well with you and the family, we're all looking forward to some Big Power Diesel Mayham. It should be getting cold soon Dude you have a goodone!
Hi. I see yup will putting in the injectors soon. I'm getting a set of my 05 cummins injectors rebuilt and the shop and I have talked about putting 8 hole 6.7 nozzle tips on my 05 5 hole nozzle injectors. Have you ever hear of this. I was told the 03 had 8 hole nozzles in them and the 8 hole tips with make my stock 05 cummins run very good and get better fuel economy. What do you think of this?
Might be kind of a dumb question and I'm not to sure if there's an exact way to tell but do you know if this is a true 04 motor? Or was it built at the 04.5? I don't think there's any mechanical difference when building the motor but I'm just curious to know if there is any.
hey wayne iev watched all your videos they are awesome,i was thinking of buying a 98.5 dodge cummins with just a lil over 190,000 miles the guy is the original owner, hes towed with it often over the years and its an automatic. is there any major things i should be concerned with like injector pump or the transmission? i will appreciate any tips you have.
Hey Wayne did you ever post anything on that Detroit series 60 overhaul, I'd kinda like to see how it turned out after the polydyn coating, Keep it up Buddy
I Never posted any videos of that build but the truck runs 24/7 halling salt water in the oilfield. Turned out really nice. The owner of that truck will be doing the same to his Cat when it is dew for a overhall.
Hey I have a quick question for you I'm doing a Cummins swap on an F 350 soon what would you suggest throwing it at 12 valve Cummins or 24 valve Cummins? I've heard ups and downs of both
The inlet seats on either the 1st or the 6th always seem to be cracked or have come out I recondition these cylinder heads and all other types of Cummins like c series b series isc they are all good engine's but have all very different faults on them when they go wrong
I don't know but i have read that ARP studs don't like to be handled without cloves. Sweaty hands can lead to pitting and that can destroy the studs. Don't trust me but search the issue. There are post about it all over the internet.
I am sure if it was that critical ARP would have it in the instructions, The crap people post on the internet is really outrageous and lots of it is bullshit. I have always done it this way and never had a problem with a head stud. They come coated in oil out of the box anyhow.

what year is your f350 is it a diesel or a gas
Powerstroke97 its a 1993 f350 with a 7.3 IDI aka the slow poke
The inlet seats on either the 1st or the 6th always seem to be cracked or have come out I recondition these cylinder heads and all other types of Cummins like c series b series isc they are all good engine's but have all very different faults on them when they go wrong
Were is part four?

Where did the Ford come from?
Hey is everything ok??? Do you need to call out for reinforcements ??? LOL
I wish I could have pulled the engine and cleaned and painted everything while I studded my engine, but not enough room or time

Anyways great videos. Just a issue i have heard talked about before and wanted to give a tip for next time.

Looks like you're copying NEEDMOREHORSEPOWER's build with the color of your 24v, I like it!
I sure miss my buddy Needmorehorsepower. Yep I forgot that he had built a green duramax.
yoooooo?!?!?
