Hi Emma.. I am from India and love and follow your vedios.. please let me know if regarding single child problem and how to overcome it . Is it essential to have a second child
Thank you Emma you've been extremely helpful I subscribe to your channel when my son was a week old and we've been moving together till today. He's now 9 months and he's development surprises me at times it's all thanks to you for helping and teaching us first time mom's on what to do to help our babies grow. God bless you dear.
Hi Emma, what would be your recommendation regarding activity cubes & activity tables ( Manhattan toy activity cube & baby Einstein curiosity table in particular)? Would really appreciate your input.
Hi Emma! May I please suggest a video on potty training? What’s best age to start, best potty, number “2”, and so on?! Appreciate it:) love your videos , they r very helpful!!
Very thanks Madam...i have been watching your video from few months...i would like to thanks for providing wonderful video about babies..it helps my little girl lot 🙏
We mostlyput the baby walker on the bed and use it as a high chair and our baby mostly try and use it for practice for learning how to stand and wht we noticed is that he will grab onto our legs and let go of the walker just so he doesnt fall
Hey Emma my babygirl will complete her 9months in a week. However she still keeps evrything in her mouth instead of playing. She has no tooth till date.
What’s your opinion on activity cubes? Can you talk about plastic toys and the ones who contain lead, as many parents aren’t aware of those dangers!! Thanks
Super odd question - what sound effect is that for the pink flash across the screen and the pop ups for introducing each toy name? Really weird question sorry - but I’ve been looking for it forever!
My question is with the play stations and walkers. We put my daughter in them momentarily usually in the kitchen while preparing quick meals or putting groceries away, something like that. She’s not always into it so we don’t use them frequently and we are aware of the damage they can cause so we are mindful when using them and make sure she’s not in it for a long period of time, when she is. Now, with that being said she is 8 months and currently crawling, pulling herself up to stand and sits up up independently... all of that Sooo is it okay to use the devices in moderation IF child isn’t showing any sort of delay or issue in physical development??? And/or is ahead of her game in physical development???
This was a very helpful video. Thank you. Some of the toys I have but I didn’t understand how it would help my daughter and she does need to work on her pincer grasp.
My baby won’t even try to sort shape of toys or focus on playing 1 toy at a time. He will pull everything out of order/its place and ignore, go to another toy. I usually leave out 8 toys in each cubicle of a shelf and 2 walkers out on the floor mat. He is now 11 months old. Do you have any suggestion for me? Thank you so much
Emma i need your help please. My son was 6 weeks prem. He is now 10 months. He has litteraly started making moves of crawling. He stands in his cot with a lot of struggling. He used to make noises like talking. We had covid and we are recovering. That talking has vanished. Do you think the talking might come back? Also do you think the fact that he was 6 weeks prem cam also have an impact on his entire development?
All good and well but I think only with the first child you can really control what they play with. The second will automatically play with some toys for older children when they are with their sibling.
I need help, my baby is 10 month old going to be 11 month in two week, I tried everything but my baby keeps putting the toys in her mouth. what should I do. Thank you
Hi Jazmine, mouthing toys is how babies play with toys. This is because their fine motor skills are still developing and they do not yet have the skills to turn, manipulate and explore toys with just their fingers. Usually after 12 months of age the child reduces the amount of mouthing they do, as their hands skills improve. Mouthing also has lots of developmental benefits for babies. Just continue to provide your little one with age appropriate toys to help with the development of her fine motor skills and with time the mouthing will reduce naturally.
You don’t need to buy a lot of toys. For tummy time we made sensory bags using large clip seal bags taped to the floor we filled one with water and oil and added foam shapes so bub could move the shapes, paper straws they move and also make a noise when bub scrapes them, we did coloured rice. There are heaps of ideas on Pinterest for different ages to help develop the milestone skills using household items without spending a fortune on toys.
My baby is 9 months old now but all she does is biting all the toys, especially the strings, but even trying to have a go at large objects like wall or wardrobe. Is that normal? I'm worried
Mine is busy trying to eat it all, I guess because he's teething? But it's so annoying because he used to be so good at the pop up toy and the different types of popping up the animals and pointing. But now he's more busy with eating it all 🤔
And? Was it normal and is she ok now? (I see 5 months have passed since your comment). Mine is nearly 8 months old and chewing on EVERYTHING 🙈 I'm also starting to worry about her.
@@monx_5022 Hi yes she is almost 15 months now and still likes to chew on things :) However it comes in phases. I stopped worrying about this though. She had both physical and psychological evsluation done and she is ahead in her development. So I guess it's all normal and will eventually pass x
Thanks for watching. Let me know which toy your baby likes or you are going to buy?

Baby loves spoon and bucket lol
Omg real advice from someone who's not a mom-fluencer! thank you!
Thanks
No problem
@@EmmaHubbard I wish the standard message for the tipping function were a bit more enthusiastic 🤣
Could you perhaps make some videos on best toys between 12-24 months? 🙂 Always like the content, but baby is growing older.
I always come here when I’m like “am I doing this right” and am reassured. Babies don’t need anything fancy I’m realizing. Just love and play 😊❤
Exactly!

Of course! Nothing wrong with that though 🙂. This list isn't the only toys you should allow your baby to play with, just a few essentials for that age

Our grandson loves to play CLOSE THOSE ANIMALS!! Pop up toy, we open, he closes.
We don't have sufficient money for buying toys what we do dear sissy pls upload low cost playing toys..

Amazon links for the toys plz….
girl go find them and stop being lazy
My 4 month old has a toy where you push up and pull down a button/lever to pop up an animal and is doing it correctly near enough ever time
It's the bit with the pincer grab is it okay for her to do this at 4 months
What about walker mam?? Is it good for 9 month baby??
Check 5:58 she says walker is not recommended.
Pls do some video for best toys for 12-24 months. Thanks

@@monx_5022 it's incredibly normal. Babies explore with all of their senses in order to categorise things and understand their world.
