महोदया, रसीले काला जामुन की मस्त विधि साझा करने पर आपका आभार । कृपया मैदे का ग्राम में भी अनुपात बताइयेगा । मावा से एक चौथाई का माप डालकर बनाए गये काला जामुन/गुलाबजामुन में चासनी तो अंदर तक बढ़िया सोख ली लेकिन ऊपरी परत थोड़ी सी सख्त लगी । कृपया समाधान सुझाइयेगा । सादर ।
