    Firearms knowledge goes pretty far. 45acp is 1911 ammo. Uzis, barrettas, etc are 9mm. Mags are all different. FYI: individuals track magazines (how many and capacity) for their own weapons. Ammo by type (which comes in boxes of 20 and 50 most of the time) could be tracked and distributed by the party as a whole.

    Party: Hell no. We're playing Rimworld now.

    Airforce back in the day was blue fatigues, kakis, or tops and blues. They had woodland fatigues for the SP's. Camo was new back in the day.

      This game would of been set in the year 2000 i think they were using BDUs by then.

    Late to this one, as a fire and life safety inspector i wanna put my 2 cents in on what sort of stuff one would likely find in a restaurant and other commercial buildings so badly lmao

    • @allones3078
      @allones3078  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah i kind of got blind sided by that one and had to improv there LOL

    • @RoofioRoofbum
      @RoofioRoofbum 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@allones3078 Lol you did well enough with what you said they found, realistically in a tiny area like that its likely the restaurant would get away with not being up to code for a long time. Thered be a bit more though if the owner or local fire marshal was being diligent. Also it depends on what year of nfpa code books washington state was going by at that time period.
      Lol im running a cyberpunk red game for my friends and when i make maps i actually put in a fire alarm/sprinkler room and such. I cant help myself.

    Did you guys houserule bonuses?

    • @allones3078
      @allones3078  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      bonuses? We were still learning the rules in this episode and get better knowledge of the ma s the game progresses.
      the modifier system has you use large or smaller dice and does not add to your target number we fixed that I think before this episode ended.

  • @Kevlar-78

    Any GM tips that you might recommend for this system / in your experience ?

    • @allones3078
      @allones3078  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I am very much a shoot from the hip GM but i would put book keeping on the players. let them track all their supplies it just puts too much work on the GM if you do it.
      Also figure out what kind of story you want to tell. mine was a very different game focusing on the US instead of europe.

    Just looting the town for supplies negates the possibility of a pepper who isn’t interested in sharing what they’ve stockpiled to help ppl who spent their cash on trips, ,cars, tvs, and other nonsensical stuff instead of prepping. The four of you going around demanding ppl do what you want would make you the first 4 ppl I’d take out.

      @@rlmarin1968 we tend towards building communities to protect what we have go solo and a larger group will take you out through number despite your fire power. It is why we evolved the communal structures we have.

      @@allones3078as a game dice rolls tend to drive the theme and narrative…which makes the game fun. But in reality human beings are selfish beings who become more and more dangerous as their desperation grows. So much to consider when building that “community” to ensure you don’t absorb too many takers and not enough doers/givers. But this is probably a discussion for another thread. 😊

    • @allones3078
      @allones3078  12 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      @rlmarin1968 that was the kind of themes this game had was lots of fun seeing the choices the group took through out the game as things progressed.
      Keeping the town supplied was something i should of shown more of in this game as they were barely getting by
