Is the conclusion the truth or a thought of false truth ? Will then a premis be accurate? Or is an argument a belief of opinion with facts?

The truth is whatever my wife tells me is the truth. The fancy name for opinion that is backed up with reasons is "justified true belief." When we get to that (in our own lives) we can stop saying "I have an opinion" and, instead, we can say "I have a rational belief." Big difference.
