Mass technology transfer to new entreprenours is very important. Our higher educational insitutions discover/generate next generation technologies and make it open to upcoming entreprenours who may not have know hows.One good example is recent shakthi processor from IIT madras and made it opensource. This kind of opportunity entreprenours should take and take it forward. China follows this kind of model. Learn existing technology and make on its own or similar.
