Thanks to sapience institute for producing such educational content for free
i wish these lessons, with their tangents, reached everyone
Alhamdulillah. Badr is a magical moment in the history of the Ummah and indeed the world.
Please keep doing these. Forget the views and likes. You never know what can happen in the future with people like myself wanting this knowledge.
The most important battle in the history of mankind
I always liked the idea of Khalid ibn alwaleed writing a book like the art of war. It would be a great work of wisdom literature.
This video was so good.
Sapience Institute is top tier
Wish this series was more frequent
It is a beautiful discussion about the battle of Badr and its relation to our contemporary history as well as to what is happening in our daily life and especially in Gaza.

- How many miracles did Jesus perform?
- - 37 miracles
- How many miracles did Mohammad perform?
- - More than 1200 recorded authentic miracles.
- Ok, Did Mohammad bring dead people back to life as Jesus did?
- - In fact, Mohammad did what is more miraculous.
- - - - Our Prophet (P.B.U.H) used to deliver Friday khutbah (sermon) leaning on a tree stump. Then, the companions made a pulpit in the mosque, and he (P.B.U.H) started giving a sermon from that pulpit and left the tree stump. The tree stump started crying loudly like a camel until the Prophet (P.B.U.H) came down and placed his hand on it, and it became quiet. The Prophet (P.B.U.H) said, "It was crying for (missing) what it used to hear of religious knowledge given near to it."
These narrations appear in none other than Sahih al-Bukhari, the most authentic Book of hadith, second only to the Quran.
To be fair, we don't know how many miracles Jesus pbuh performed. What we know of what he did comes from the Qur'an which is not going to dedicate several pages to Jesus's life, but only mention the crux of his prophethood.
@@ahmadkhatib2278 37 miracles according to Christianity resources. I'm being fair here. I used their authentic resources versus ours.
Did they have shield back then and did I hear that not all were equiped with a weapon?
Hand shield 🛡️ not the complete body shield
The point about bravery and courage was driven home, and is indeed a good point, perhaps insufficiently addressed in our ummah, however I think it was a bit exaggerated in this instance. Putting our shuyukh or brothers in general under the level of gangsters or martial artists is distasteful, as the virtue of iman is most revered. Kickboxing will not get you out of Jahannam. To complete the archetype of the Muslim man is to be both of reason and courage, as we often were in the past, but a lack of that amount of courage is a minor defect. One which we should collectively work on, but nevertheless not one where the lack of it renders a person undeserving of praise. Great video and a great series, though.
The problem is every "islamic" country's military is secular like the liberal west
45:00 bravery
I find this video and I got intellectualy decapitated. Thanks for the knowledge
Algo push
Tadi MP datang kerumah Kami .Alhamduliah Kami sedang salad.Lalu pun berlalu bila Kami tidak membuka pintu.
I completely agree that we are gravitating away from our scholars. Especially after this war on gaza. It has truly shown how cowardly most of our scholars are! We need more hijabs leading the way inshaAllah!
Isnt Redbull boycotted ?
if you do not stand up for yourself, people are going to walk all over you and they will do while complaining how you are so bumpy
45:23
Fear Allah mocking the scholars the way you did Mohammed Allah will hold you to account as he holds us all for what you did, mocking and belittling the scholars is an unacceptable act and a behaviour of deviants, never will you find in the Quran and sunnah it acceptable to mock the people of knowledge, the way they speak etc
algo
Assalamu alaikum, please try boycott Red Bull. I thought I saw brother Hijab sip Red Bull. If I'm wrong please forgive me.
