Sorry I don't have much knowledge about it...but I heard many time from our elders that in 24k we can't get ornaments...it is compulsory to add some other things for its hardness...is it true?

24k is VERY soft, see how the guy easily bends the strip with just his hands. Your elders probably just don't want people to break the gold...

It’s only very soft because it’s been heated. Once it cools it’s not that soft
