For a more professional surfacing, you should trim the SubD surfaces with curves. Your SubD surfaces should extend beyond the outline of the shape. Using Subdivision CVs to create your shape outline yields poor surfaces. If you look at the HorVer Zebra stripe diagnostic shader the highlights would be all over the place. Try making basic surfaces with as few CV's as possible first. Then trim with curves. Good luck!
