  • One of the things that sets North Idaho apart from alot of the country is our proximity to the national forests. An example is this drive on the North Fork of the Coeur d'Alene River.

So beautiful up there. Can't wait to get out of Texas and up to something that isn't flat and a million degrees in the summer :)

Nice that the roads are well maintained! Not so in Arkansas.

@@rosamond2382 Thank you, I'm not sure what it's like living in the UK, but hopefully you get to live your dream and move to Idaho one day.

How good are cell phone signals along that route you drove in this video?

I went on a Yellowstone/PNW trip two or so years ago with my family and got to see a lot of Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and Washington. I fell in love with both Idaho and Montana, but I lean more towards Idaho as it seemed most like my version of paradise. I'm in my last year of high school and when I finish, I'm going to join the Air Force Reserves and go to college on the side to get a Nursing degree. Once I'm out of the military and have my degree, I can start to save money to move from Texas to Idaho. The problem is: It seems like it's going to be several years until I have the funds to move! I hope all the land isn't bought up before I get the chance to move! My dream is to start my future in the Gem State! I hope it stays a paradise! 😄

I really want to move there. I met some LDS from Sandpoint when I was living in Portland, OR and we became great friends. Not sure if Sandpoit is North Idaho, but I really want to move somewhere that isn’t going socialist and infringing on our rights. Honolulu has 43 anti 2A bills on the docket

I would go there every day if I didn't have a fear of bears and mountain lions.

Perspective...we do not have deadly snakes and they kill more people than bears and lions combined in N. America. ;)
