I can't get over how beautiful it is there!! Absolutely perfect. I like that the houses are not on top of each other, lots of space. I totally agree with you regarding lame stream media and California. You remind me of my eldest son. He was born here in the Arizona desert. My husband got transferred to Ft. Lewis, Wa. While there we did a lot of camping and fishing. My eldest was only 3 when he caught his first salmon, and he was hooked!!! We moved back to Arizona, but as soon as he was old enough, he joined the Navy, and when he finished his tour, moved to Washington. Like you, he carries his fishing poles and tackle box with him in his work truck and his personal vehicle. He also will pull off the road and fish whenever! LOL! Life is to be lived and experienced. Enjoy and keep smiling. Stay safe!

I agree with the other comments about "getting older and memory suffering". Have you ever climbed up a set of stairs and paused halfway up (maybe to get your breath), and then when you were ready to go again, wondered if you were going up or going down? Yes, gets worse as you get older.

I was driving, went to a tire class put on by some dude that studied them for years. after about 20 yrs of his research, 99% of truck blow outs are new tires. they put a new tire on a wheel then dont match the other tire, the new one sits higher making it carry the load.

Mike, tough to find landscape in ID that is not beautiful. I have been all over that state a state u would really enjoy. Lots and lots of fishing/hunting. I bet u would enjoy living in the Lewiston area, lots of primo fishing. The Clearwater, Snake and just down the road across the Snake in Or is the Grande Ronde River. Also tons of lakes and creeks. Stay away from Boise. Tight lines.

Hey Mike. Just caught this. Oct. 9, 2020. Beware of Microwave and phone being too close. Not a joke. The Microwave has a Huge MAGNET in it...guess what magnets do to electronic devices? Not that it happened to you yet. Just beware. While I was still in the Navy before 1995. Our electronic techs used to swipe HIP HOP tapes past their magnets..to wipe them clean, and let the Hip Hop guys know how much their noise was welcome at night. PEACE.
