Bruce Lee's son Brandon's stunt double on The Crow was Chad Stahelski, yup, that very same fella who directed all the John Wick movies. It was his very first movie, he was supposed to be the one taking all the bullets when Brandon died but the stunt was so simple, just a few blood squibs to simulate bullets and falling backwards off the table onto a mattress, Brandon wanted to do it himself. Just think for a second how action movies COULD have been in 2023 if Chad did stand in for Brandon in that scene.
Mark Dacascos, the Sushi Chef Assassin from John Wick 3 was cast by Chad because he played The Crow on the tv show Stairway To Heaven that was supposed to star Brandon. Mark got that role because he looked and fought like Brandon, Chad was Mark's stunt double too, he started doing stunt and fight coordinating during that time to prepare for John Wick. He planned many, many steps ahead.

Also, how can you not show nun-chuck ping pong, to this day one of the most incredible things I have ever seen. As if Bruce fuckin' Lee is going to lower himself to Walker Texas Ranger, by that point he would have been one of the biggest names in Hollywood, no question. Walker came out 20 years after Bruce's death, and anyone who thinks Bruce still would have been on day time TV is delusional.

That bruce lee video they watched was kind of crappy. It was a bit unfocused, had a ton of stock b-roll, kind of seems like it was just thrown together... I think there's much better ones that are more worth watching on TH-cam🙋♂️

He's essentially been transformed into a kind of mythic hero on the scale of Hercules or Achilles. And people will often believe any story they hear about him, no matter how absurd, so long as it fits the narrative.

I practice a new form of Taoism called Dudeism, since there's no god in my religion prayers are more like an inner monologue where you finish up with "This Dude abides", or in my case "This Fella abides". Bruce's philosophy was "Be like water", Dudeism philosophy is simple, "Be excellent to each other and party on, Dudes!"

Why is he correcting his elder and telling him he speaks too much during the movie? I did not know a young man could do that in India. In Korea He would be lightly beaten for that. I don't know...kind of bothers me and seem disrespectful and he has done it before with Babu.
