I believe for every opposition the Word is full of light and it will never fail us. I was reading Gaatians this moring and I think I will read it again and again, it is such a loving guide for everys life. What a wonderful God to give us such a straight guide line to the Kibgdom of God. Have a joyful life in Christ Jesus.

When I get to Heaven I will tell the Lord, which He knows already, that I was bullied as a pastor and did not bully others. I'm not weak willed and do stand up for what is right. But I truly try to treat people well.

Wow. A well thought out answer. (You can tell he was processing the whole time as he looked off to the side, sorting through his thoughts and words.)
I agree with his closing statement. I worked once for a bully. It easnt to the extent of what we're talking about here, but it was still a miserable experience at times.
Don't get into ministry until you've cultuvated well the fruits of the Spirit...

Body language. Eye contact. Verbal hesitation. Thanks for this content. 👍😇 For me, a father directing small children about dinner is different from adults being managed in professional jobs.

People who only want to be liked are TERRIBLE managers. His example holds true.

Many men "choose" to be "ministers" and not called.

Okay, no women are called at all to hold positions of authority in church, and when they go for those positions still, they by the very proves to the Bible believing world, that they ARE NOT follower of Jesus Christ or see the inspired word of God as their authority. Bye!

You didn’t really address abuse at all. At all.

Sorry this is foolish. This is why churches and leaders need training in how to guard against spiritual Abuse.

You are foolish then because Alistar speaks about the Gospel and the Christian Life. So he is worthy of your attention.

@@vanmoody He doesn't think much of Scripture. He allows women to speak in his church and he thinks Christians should attend homosexual wedding ceremonies.

@@Packhorse-bh8qn Does he have women pastors in his church? I would not have a problem with a woman speaking under the authority of the Elders/Deacons of the church. The admonition to keep silent in 1 Tim 2 was because some women were wanting to be the pastors. Now the homosexual wedding ceremony point you brought up I agree with. The question is does Alistair believe homosexuality is a sin or not. If he attends a homosexual wedding is he saying homosexuality is acceptable? I don't think that is his position.
