This is why I don’t like eating at other peoples homes
I don't think this is a regular practice certainly not before the Internet
@@jessicajae7777 the viral podcast Chelcie uses forks to scratch her lady bits. It’s more common than you think for people to use silverware on body parts.. I personally don’t understand it
😆😂😂😂
@@FriedPeaches-gross I think she needs a doctor if things itch that bad. I'm bring my own plastic ware everywhere now!! Ugh!
Bro lmfaoooo 😂
I tried this at a restaurant. And now the restaurant is closed 😔
😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
😂
🤣🤣😭😭
😂😂😂😂😂
No lie, no joke, I just tried it! IT WORKED!!!
Thank YOU!!
I just tried it to. I can’t believe the difference. 💯💯
The heels was cryin for that lotion 😂
😂😂😂😂
I came to the comments cuz I know I wasn’t the only one
😂😂😂
Lotion wouldn’t help that, it’s an untreated Ulcer that needs to be shaved down and dug out at a podiatrists office.
U ain't shit frienn 😂
for everyone complaining about this not being an inflammation issue, some of us have other issues in addition to plantar fasciitis, and inflammation is one of them.
He specifically mentioned plantar fasciitis -and- aches & pains at the beginning of the video.
I truly appreciate this just found out about this and anyone living with this it’s extremely painful I am a walker been walking my whole life and I thank this gentleman for sharing remedies so people could find home made results God bless you sir you are greatly appreciated 🎩🌹
The spoon deserves the highest honor in the world of orthopedic medicine
I just got home from being on my feet all day tried this and that foot pain just disappeared. Thank you ❤
Really?
@@niboowmik123-wt9kh I use a golf ball from the freezer but the pain relief is almost instant
What a spoon? And what did you do with the spoon afterwards?
In a dish washer and it is sterilized !!!! @@Amy-st3ry
Thank you, the pain is no joke
This helped more than any other method...thank you!!
I like to eat my cereal afterwards with the same spoon. Adds grit.
💀💀😂😂
If you eat grits, then you get double grit!
THIS VIDEO WORKS! This guy is a genius. Thank you.
I found out if you stretch your calfs out it solves the problem, never had it again
eee magari fosse così semplice
Someone I know got rid of their plantar fasciitis by doing this too. Gonna try it out.
i wonder if compression socks could help
@emgeelives didn't help mine. Going on 6 months and I wear compression socks every day, have specific inserts for my shoes, do the stretches, the massages, etc. Gonna try this method tonite!!🤞
@@greenii3 did it work for you? 🙏
Am i crazy that i enjoyed the pain of pressing the painful area of my heel. Its painful yet addictive 😂😂😂
No, I love it!
This is a great idea!! But I’d also keep that one spoon set aside just for using on your feet.
The spoon trick is good and even better with CBD balm to help reduce pain and inflammation 💚 thanks for the tips ✨
Plantar faciitis doesn't actually involve inflammation, it is degraded tissues.
@CAL1MBO it does when there are multiple issues going on
@@CAL1MBO the "itis" in plantar fasciitis literally means inflammation, so you have no idea wtf you're talking about
@@gphillimo2nd this as I'm on my 4th round of PT, many tendon tears. And I was in medical itis absolutely means inflammation. The top orthopedic surgeon I saw said it's a bad inflammation disease even though I'm also on high anti-inflammatory meds
I just had this happen for the first time an wow pain is crazy right below balls of feet 🤦🏻♂️ thanks for the tip
I have hard flooring throughout my house and developed plantar fasciitis walking barefoot all of the time. Now I have one pair of orthotic sandals that I wear only inside the house and no more foot pain. I wear Vionic sandals but you can try other brands.
When you learn to walk properly, you can throw those orthotic sandals away.
Helped with foot pain from terminal restlessness (on hospice). Thank you!
❤ praying for you!
Oh wow! I've been dealing with plantar faciitis for a while now. This was more helpful than any of the techniques that I used before. Thank you so much!❤
Thank God bro, I have been in pain for months and not the person to take painkillers, will def try!!! U rock!!!
Same here. Definitely trying. Seeing a foot doctor in a couple weeks.
Thank you, been dealing with this for over 6 months, going to try this.
Calf stretches.. not this
Do also try magnesium. It really helped along with the massage etc.
Do you still use?
After 8 months I like to know myself
@@MVS_DJGillyGill I don't now because it's gone. I upped my vitamin intake. If it came back I certainly would because it worked before. I'm not saying it would definitely work for everyone, but it really did help things for me
@@lumailisa how long till you saw results? Mine got pretty bad but I’ve just started taking magnesium and calcium supplements while also doing the stretches and massages so just curious to see how long it took for those supplements to take affect at least in your case? Thanks.
@@Blue71974 , just saying, that my method of upping magnesium is foot siak with Epsom salts. . . Then you just absorb what you need. I read its the quickest way to up your levels. It worked fir me. That and switching to pink himalayan salt. Headache and leg cramps gone.
It worked a treat 👌🏽
Thank you so very much 🥰 🇬🇧
I’ve been dealing with 4 months of plantar fasciitis. Going to try this. Right now. lol. Thanks!!❤
Madeline, I tried this and it works! Your foot will gradually feel better until 10 days later - No Pain at all. I spooned in the morning and at night I would roll a golf ball under my entire foot while watching TV. Good Luck!!
@@Stewart5225 thank you!
My foot pain disappeared but I used a massage gun instead. Same concept! Ty!!!! Now I can sleep
I’m fat now and can’t reach my feet anymore
stop being fat
Use the edge of a laminated step, like on a stairway, or the foot of a table, or something you can set down and dig your foot into. Ive gotten really creative over the years from dealing with my high arches getting crushed by my obesity (working on that).
This worked thank you
The comment section 🤣🤣 I use my guasha to do this n it works wonders! 🙌🏼
Good idea!!!
Wow ! 💜
Thank you !
This helps TREMENDOUSLY !
It’s not an inflammation issue, but rather a circulation one. Either way, massage helps with the circulation, but the source causing problem still needs to be taken cared of
For circulation alternate a heated spoon with a freezer cooled one and just hold it in the center of your foot until the temperature of the spoon fades. This works even better with steel mixing bowls. Set upside down while sitting roll your foot around. Hope this helps.
But how?? I've been seeing a podiatrist. I wear the night splint, have the orthodic inserts, do the stretches, massaging, even had a steroid injection (hurt like hell)! After the injection, I had about 3 days of no pain. Now it's worse than before!
Thank you!
It worked. Great tip!
This guy is great
Thanku sir this is a wonderful exercise fir my painful foot.
For knee pain can i use oil.
This is a great feeling for those with PF, it really helps!
Now I can eat my soup and massage my feet
Haha that’s my type of humor
😅🌹
😂😂😂🤦🏽♂️🤣
👀🤔🤢🤮
😂😂😂
This works you guys, I been dealing with this thing that came out of nowhere.
Stretching the calves helped amazingly too. Get close the wall, place both hands on the wall, begin your stretch with the hurt foot, but instead of putting your non-hurt foot straight forward place it across the hurt foot to reach the wall this will stretch the heel. Try it It’s gonna hurt at first ngl, BUT after your first 3 ten seconds reps the pain will subside. I also do another stretch, same wall position but I swing my non hurt foot towards me instead of reaching the wall. I hope this helps
This works really good.👍
I do physical therapy and this is literally one part of my treatment method. It works. Even if you don’t get immediate improvement then don’t give up. Do it daily for a minute or two and the pain may subside for some people. It is worth a shot.
just roll a can back and forth on the area on your foot it helps!
I have a ball, about the size of a tennis ball, that has little rubber spikes on it. Have been using it several times a day, for a few weeks. No relief! Stretch, wear orthotic inserts specifically fo PF, wear a night splint, even had a steroid injection. Still hurts like hell!! 😔
There’s nothing like the scrape up and down the crunchy part of the foot though.
I can’t the pain is so severe I start to pass out
Thanks sir,really works for me
You are an amazing person thank you so much for this 🙌🏾❤
Awesome helpful videos
Thank you for the trick!
Thank U.. love all Ur suggestions & advice 🥰
I can walk farther after your ‘spoon method’ . 🙏👍

Not the feet and lotion video I was hoping to find on the internet, but thankfully still very helpful. 🦶
😂😂
thank you so much helpful & kind!
Hi there!!! Thanks so much for that video!
I have tons o issues with my feet and legs… I’ve had 3 separate bone on bone impacts to my left si so, as u can guess… issues. Lol however, I am workin them out!
Started walking a whole lot more- got a Fitbit- I am struggling with some serious shin splints- anything you can suggest to help stretch them out or help with the pain. I’ve been told to just push through it- eventually it ll numb out but that doesn’t sound good to me… any ideas
Thanks so much for your super positive outlook
THANK YOU!
Also effective in lower back pain sir ???
It helps my back pain, whenever I massage my feet. It works!
Thank you so much brother
Thank You for this Advice
Thank you so much
Thanks you're great for your pointers!😅
What if you have severely ticklish feet?
Ok, for the people talking about the spoon, it’s cheap you can keep one in the toolbox for none food work.
You can Mark it by hole or paint.
So if I only have it on one foot is it likely not plantar fasciitis?
Thank youuuuu
Thank you 🙂
Thank you for sharing
Great information but also when you are finished take your hands and massage the lotion all over your feet it will give your entire foot good circulation and moisturize it and it will also lower your blood pressure by preventing your spouse from yelling at you for putting stains in the carpet.
good one doc😊
Thanks alot. It worked
Thank you
Thank you!!
Gonna have to buy a spoon don't think my mum would appreciate me doing this with hers 😂
Just don't use that spoon again in the kitchen 😂😂😂😂😂
Wow Thank You 🥰
Can i use the spoon for cereal right after?
Thank you I do suffer a lot
At first i didnt know where the stuff came from and i thought some nasty pimple popped on his foot and i almost threw up 🤷♂️
I did this trick and it works
Menarik...sy ada kel.tsbLotionnya merk apa ya?
Yeah but this condition doesnt involve inflamation and if you break the tissue as he says you are actually doing it wrong as you should not intend to make structural changes
Very helpful..... thanks
Great tip
Wear sneakers indoor or any footwear that has a good support to the heal, is a game changer for me
You can safely do this to the tips of your toes and heals right?
Wow.amazing tricks 😅
Thank you so much I have a planter fasciitis and I have tendinitis on both feet hurt all the time I just got a meniscus repair on both of my knees too thank you so much for sharing I love your videos I try to wash every one of them
Can that be done with a plastic spoon??????. I haven't got a metal spoon.
I hope you are doing much better than you were. I have the same issue. My meniscus tears are vertical and I'm waiting for orthopedic surgeon appointment. I hope this spoon crap helps. I'm ready to cut my feet off. Lol
Mine is in my heel not in the middle of the foot. Will it work for that part too
Rose Townsley That's a great question! Here's a video of Coach Tyler explaining Plantar Fasciitis in more detail that may be able to answer your question. Check it out if you're interested and let us know if it answers your question ------>> th-cam.com/video/0VyASYEt0i8/w-d-xo.html
Thanks
I used a knife for so long because they used to use the tool in physical therapy after I had the surgery for it on my right im go to try this because my scar tissue is so bad and I have it starting on my left foot
Anything you can say on if you have cysts in the arch of your foot on that tendon and how to address those?
Do you have tips for hollow feet?
This is going to be great with my THC/CBD balm.
i've been using this so relaxing so simple u dont need to go massage parlor and expensive..
What if it's the heel that hurts? Start more towards the heal? Or what?
Thanks buddy
Thank you, man 🙂
I am 5 weeks post op for a broken leg and ankle. I can't wait to try this!
