Hi! The brutes are my favouritte Covenant specie and I have a question. In original Halo 2 they got a mount ofhealth they were all bullet sponge from minors to honorguards. Has it changed in Halo 2 Anniversary? Are they the same bullet sponges like in original?

If only as teenagers we knew how legendary this game would be. So addicting, so many memories..best Halo ever.
No health bar for MC, no health for vehicle, vehicle running while on fire (fucking reatarded as fuck). No health bar for passengers.
Making passengers ride on top of a tank. Nice armored vehicle that can't fit more than one person and leaves passengers exposed. (idiocy on a highest lvl).
Soldiers not wearing helmets. (do they nlt need to protect their heads in 2500?)
I mean what's the point in playing a gane if you don't even have a health bar for anything? Is it fun playing in GOD MODE?
As a guy seeing it for the first time I can say it's 5/10 at most. And that being generous.
Personally only appealing thing is the plot. Most of everything else is either questionable, annoying or blatantly retarded.

Arbiter might call humans demons and look down on them, but he certainly was ready to use human weapons.
Would love for devs to go back to this linear style of world building. This game is so beautiful and always will be.
yep linear worlds are way more enjoyable imo, I think sometimes game developers feel the need to follow technologies advancements, making everything photorealistic when it doesnt need to be, making stuff open world when it doesnt need to be.
Unfortunately they don't care about making good games anymore. Just money.

Im 17 now, going on 18, I remember my first Halo game having been going to Gamestop in 2014 to pick up Halo 3. Since then I have gotten Halo 4, and soon I will go to pick up MCC when I have money. I always loved playing this game above all other games because there was so much in these games that stayed forever nostalgic to me. Thank you, Bungie and 343, your work is beautiful.
Wowee. You should play the whole thing from the beginning. I remember playing the first one from 2001. Was only 9. It was Christmas and everyone got the first halo on the original Xbox for their present haha. So very worth it man.

Done watching part 1, where I witness how this player switches the primary weapon into his side-arm whenever the primary weapon runs out of ammo. 😁
This is the very FIRST Halo game I've ever played before, and I treated all allies in this game like real-life teammates; to the point that I try my best to keep them alive in the middle of the battlefield. And if I see that they picked up weaker weapons, I'll scavege the area to look for a better set of weapons for them.

I was in high school 16 years old. Freshman. Skipped school and waiting in a line at gamestop for the release. That line stretched around the building. Hid in my closet the next morning till my mother went to work so I could go down stairs and play it; epic.

Did anyone know that in the on the first mission in the Mark 6 testing room that you can hear some of the OG Xbox bios sounds?
If you gave each of those marine prisoner a carbine rifle, each could have probably taken out some brutes themselves. Regardless, it's your playthrough.

I didn't like Halo 2 as much as the original.
The UNSC weapons are down-graded and less effective than before. Might as well fight The Covenant with a pea shooter.
I find it annoying how the flood was buffed enough to kill you with one melee hit
Halo 1 pistol was scoped and OP. and the assault riffle is a classic gun but it's pretty weak. Halo 2 nerfed the pistols sure (you can dual wield if you really want) but who cares when you can dual wield smgs and also the beeeeeeefy battle riffle. they are both cool games in their own way but halo 2 is by far the best halo. story, art style, attitude, dual wielding, master chief's armor, weapons, missions, playing as the arbiter, maps, xbox live and the energy and fun that a generation had playing it, the vibe, music. that game encapsulates everything beautifully. no halo comes close.

It sucks because I have halo 2 for Xbox. And I busted out my old 360. Found halo c.e. anniversary. Halo 2 3 odst and 4. But it won't let me play 2. I have the hard drive latest update and it just won't let me play it :c
I've only beat reach and halo infinite and decided to buy the master chief collection. The first game was amazing, just finished today. I started on halo 2 but my frame rate dips and it's extremely noticable
