    I seem to have the issue of low launch with my tsr2, might try a few shafts and see what suits best I guess

      That is the only best way to find your shaft if possible, I always thought the lower spinning shafts were for me because speed isn't such an issue but was pleasantly surprised when playing around with some other options. Sounds like a lighter Denali red could be a good starting point for you, but definitely give a couple a test if you can

    I just got fit into the gt2 in a Denali blue 60g 6.5 flex. Pretty solid shaft for a stick option IMO.

    Michael Newton did an extensive video about these standard shafts. Overall there wasnt much difference in distance but ball flight and dispersion was interesting to see. Just depends on what shot shape you prefer.

    Feel better now, had two fittings for GT2 and favoured the red light weight shaft …. figured I was getting old 😂 but if Mark is hitting it then I’m ok with that 👍

      It's great to hear you're feeling better about your fitting! Choosing the right shaft whatever it may be can make a huge difference in your game! ⛳

      I just got fitted into GT2 driver and fairway woods with the Denali regular shaft. Not what I was expecting but the results are a worthwhile improvement both in distance and accuracy. I'm a great believer in getting a proper fitting.

    I interested that you use 50g what is your stiffness? Extra stiff for your swing speed to keep it from flipping left or right? Thanks

      From memory he has gone into extra stiff, just likes the lighter shafts to try and maximise that club head speed

    I play the TSI2 4 wood which was 42 1/2 inch std and cut to 42 with a plus 4 weight to get it back to D2.
    I notice the GT 4 wood is 43 inches and the heaviest replacement weight is +6.
    If I take an inch off I feel like +6 is not enough to get the swing weight where I want.
    One of the reasons I like Titleist is they didn't keep making their clubs longer and longer...
    but here we are...Houston we have a problem
    Any solutions?

      I don't think you'll be far off with a +6 weight but I've not tested it to know the exacts. Another option could be the 5 wood which is 42" as standard. The changeable neck allows you to get the loft down to within 0.75 degrees (17.25) of standard 4-wood loft (16.5-degree) which, if anything, would help with stability and dispersion like shortening the shaft can

    Is the stealth 2 plus better than the qi10

    • @GolfShopOnline
      @GolfShopOnline  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I wouldn't say it's better, the Qi10 has been developed from Stealth 2 so TaylorMade have been able to iron out anything they wanted to improve on. Obviously the results will be different from golfer to golfer and Qi10 has different head options too, but comparing Stealth 2 Plus to Qi10 LS, you'd probably find they're pretty close options for most golfers that may not warrant the upgrade for the cost
