Click on Insert -> Paper Templates option. You will see a list of Page Templates (recently used 4-5) and also the last option as Page_Templates... Select the last option Page_Templates... On the right side you will see Templates pane and all the templates below; ones which you have created (under My Templates) as well as the Default ones. To delete any Template, right click on the template name and select the "Delete" option. Please let us know if you have any further queries on this.

Hi Nikhil. Unfortunately, as of now, OneNote has not provided any feature or option to add template to current page. Many template designs include content that appears in specific places on the page. That's why OneNote template can't be applied only to new pages that don't already contain any notes. If you want to apply a template to a page that already contains notes, first create a new page from the template you want, and then copy your existing notes into it.

How to save the template as unchangeable.. because whenever i erase something written on the template, the template also gets deleted.
