  • If you want to stay injury free and have great pereformance than warm up is something that you have to master!
    This is my warm up routine that I found most effective for me!
    The routine begins with 5 minutes of rowing, followed by foam rolling 15-20 reps per muscle, general warm up, dynamic movements 10-15 reps, activation drills for certain muscles 10-15 reps. After that I continue with specific workout movements!
