If you want to stay injury free and have great pereformance than warm up is something that you have to master! This is my warm up routine that I found most effective for me!       There's a different between sore, in pain and injured. If your sore get up and get to work if your injured listen to your body.

    Thanks for the video. What do you do to get your back flexibility? I have a hard time keeping my back from rounding when I do exercises with kettle bells and also when doing dead lifts. cheers.

      I won't dispute they're on steroids, but thinking they'll die before 40 because of it is simply ignorant. Do some actual research on steroids, including the countless people who have lived past 40 years old (every single professional athlete ever since the 70s or so that's lived past 40, for example).
