我覺得冇話邊區好買或唔好買，由其是投資的，仲重要係底唔底買，回報能力同升值潛力，每區都有每區人口居住需求，如果唔係只係為方便自己生活而一定要近華人社區的話，當然就真係唔好隔山買牛啦

個邊的地是比較大，最少都會3000-4000m2 以上。比較受當地人歡迎的原因是地較大，環境清靜，有足夠自己空間養下馬咁。如果你是諗住因為地大希望日後發展商來收購的機會比較少。
可以讲讲读书方面的呢？准备想过去布里斯班生活。孩子准备读初中和高中

你女兒在個邊買是要近返學？返工？Richland 個邊算比較新的發展區，但有部分會有水浸，同埋會比較多南亞裔的人。視乎你budget 是幾多。最近幫客人在Eight Mile Plains 買了一間townhouse 是53萬3房兩廁TH,不是全新，但勝在地點非常之方便。

想買tower house
個邊有一帶較靠近路軌，治安唔太好。如果是買新的用來投資，townhouse 要成$80-$90萬太貴，投資唔算太理想。

Cabalaba跟Richland適合自住嗎? 謝謝
呢兩個係好唔同既區。Richlands 算是新發展啲既區，一般樓齡在10多年左右，由於近Inala 那邊，所以都會多越南人或者是南亞裔的人。而Capalaba 一般樓齡會有30-40年以上，地會比較大，較多澳洲白人居住，比較多Tradies. 自住的話視乎你的喜好，有無小朋友之類。歡迎直接聯絡我傾傾😊

YARRABILBA 可不可以投資?
Yarrabilba 算是新的一個發展區，會有比較多新起的屋，樓價在大約$60多萬。我覺得要視乎你的預算是多少！因為Brisbane 樓價上漲了很多，如果你預算是$60多萬，買呢啲區來收租會唔錯，但資本增值會比較慢。
