I sure wish that I can take at least 6 of the parrot fish from you guys. i have a 125 gallon and a 75 i can add them to but I'm all the way in Houston TX. I love those guys!!! The 650 with Huber in it at this moment with all the Oscars, jags, parrots looks like my dream tank.

I love the parrot fish! You should put them in a tank by the mister pond where the koi and puffer are. They would make a great addition to your fish family. It’s just very unfortunate that these fish were not taken better care off. They have a lot of fin/head/eye issues dude!

Those Parrots look awesome. It would be cool to have a dedicated tank of them just like you have the scaped Frontosa tank. I think you should crowd source like $500 or $1000 for each tank and do another 2 tank scape-off using those funds only.... i'd be in for $25 each lol !

should be able to put a thin layer of epoxy on it.
Like lay it on table do thin layer on top then let it cure for 48 hours and turn it around do the back and do coat there and it'll be sealed.
could even look for a clear Epoxy that's Aquarium safe and can put it in an aquarium as background.
pretty sure Pond armor has a clear version.
Can also get clear epoxy from Total boat but not sure if it's tank safe then.

Are those Hong Kong eels I see at 9:32? I had one that was 2' long that let me pet it. I woke up one morning to find him dried out, and curled up on the floor. I thought it was dead, but he moved when I tried to pick him up, so I put him back in the tank, and he snapped out of it.
I was told it was a Hong Kong eel, but after some studying, it turns out that it was a rice eel.

Your getting a hex tank Rich? I have one, I think a 50 gal one, not sure, it’s huge. But my main problem with it is the filtration. I had put a 75 gal filter on it, and it didn’t seem to be enough for it. I had an air wand on the bottom for water movement, it just wasn’t enough. Any suggestions....anyone out there?? I’d like to set it up again but.....hard to clean, filtration was the biggest issue. Thanks for anyone’s help!
