I rarely get to watch my favorite TH-camrs anymore because life is busy, so I was super happy to see this video pop up this morning when I actually have a moment!!! Love it as always!!
It's impressive to see you move big fish, but I'm so glad you're only doing it when you/the fish actually needs it, and aren't placing them somewhere unsuitable only to be able to make a video where you net, and move fish, to satisfy your YT viewers. Like some other channels do. I'm not saying you've never moved a fish temporarily to another tank, but you're doing it for genuine reasons, not only to create a YT video.

I love iridescent sharks, and you did great moving them, I was watching remember moving mine, saying out loud “pinch the net so he doesn’t trash!” and every time you did despite their size and despite the reach! Great work and awesome fish! Thanks for sharing and stay happy and healthy my friends!!! You guys are awesome! 😉❤️
Same! We see Brutus a lot & i know he's a monster, but it takes someone being close to him to get a true sense of size. Same thing with all the fish. You'd think after following these guys for years I'd be used to it, but nope, I'm still shocked every time 😂😂😂

Josh, it feels like it is long time since your have been making feeding videos. From what and how your feed the different fish and different tanks/pool/etc.😊
Good morning Josh. Wow that was exciting getting the big ones out. Josh you guys do such a great job . Thank you for all you do. Have a wonderful day. Play safe have fun. 😊😊😊
Everytime i see a huge fish moved or think of doing it in my own life i always think of the "you HAVE TO ACCLIMATE " and OMFG you dont quarantine before you switch tanks . .....where in the fucking bathtub fish are usually way tougher than people give them credit for and im sorry but they do die sometimes and it just cant be avoided. Sometimes all the excess obsessive bullshit is hilarious in the fish world especially after youve owned a few evil monster fish
Our situations a little different because all of our water goes to one main filtration. So we can pick him up out of one tank and put him right in another. we do quarantine everything that comes in and we do Acclimate them
Josh, would it not make sense to change into a different t-shirt & pair of shorts for moving the fish?😂 could just keep a spare set at your dad's, save you walking about in wet jeans. X
Where would I be able to find larger scale nets? (Not giant but big enough for an adult Oscar) Can't find anything locally and would like to also find a large rubber net for some 8-9in plecos without screwing up their fins
I might be wrong, but I think most Albino fish aren't true Albinos, without it is like with the colour Grey in cats, some humans decided to name the colour Blue. So my grey, beige, and white tortoiseshell coloured cat is not a Grey tortoiseshell on her vaccination papers etc, without a Blue tortoiseshell. Similarly, I think some humans decided to call white coloured iridescent sharks Albino, and as long as that is the commonly accepted name, that's what will be used to avoid confusion, and having to repeatedly say "I call their colour xxx but officially they're Albino". But I think OFR have/have had some fish which truly are Albinos, they're just in minority.
Not when they are producing and bringing in funds to help us do everything else. 3 rays are pregnant. Had 3 clutches in the last year. Got to think of the big picture. Plus you forget some will be leaving to legasea
Youll look back in a year when these puppies are creating much needed revenue and so many cool things happening around the rescue and I'll point you back to this very comment 😊
He's fine, swimming in the current. He will do it on the side as well. They get on there treadmill and stay there for awhile. Larger Sturgeon will calm down and not swim as much. You see large Sturgeon just sitting on the bottom of river swimming against current. But anyhow, he's just about ready for a new tank. He came in with internal parasites and wouldn't put on weight for the longest time. All fixed and he's ready for bigger tank soon

what kind of fish is the one with the red fins and eyes at 13:08? could be scardinius erythrophthalmus or rutilus rutilus.
Tinfoil barb. Just a massive one lol
