It seems in the updated Power Apps Studio, Data option is not available and thus we developers are not able to add/update entries using the form. However, I have found a way to access the form by using some workaround. Below are the steps to follow: • Click on "Edit" button from the top ribbon. This will open a grid view to add a row. • Click on "New row" to add a new record. • Upon adding one record, select the checkbox adjacent to the row to show additional commands on the top ribbon. • Click on "Edit row using form". This will open the new form. • Now, we can edit the selected record and also, we can create a new record by clicking on the "+ New" button from the top ribbon. Hope this helps!
Thanks for the session. Cant we use Calculated for that field rather than doing through Business Rule? Or please explain the difference between Calculated filed vs Business rules

Great video Dhruvin. Is it possible to set values from a source as well? For example can I have it as Full time employee based on the selection? But instead of hard coding I want it to be sourced from whatever is selected on the form
Hi Dhruvin, very well explanation. Field with type "Choices" is not visible as a part of Business Rule. "Choice" is working fine. What will be alternatives for "Choices" type.
you already set the Number of leaves by the type of Employee though Calculated filed then why you did it through Business Rule ? what are the differences ?

Hey Dhruv, great video. Thank you.
I have a question, how can I pre populate a field in a form?
Is there any way to set a business rule on a particular form? I need to make fields read-only on the Quick View form (related data component.)
Great video can you advise how to validate fields on Text and Phone . Text should accept only chars and phone only numerics up to 10….
