  • These suction cups have been helpful for several of my clients in mobilizing the skin over a total knee replacement.

I just can’t thank you enough! I had problems with my scar tissue in some places and these videos about suction cups and massage have helped so much. My scar is really better. Also nobody ever told me to dry massage and why, so again thanks. I am 7 weeks after my first TKR and also need one on my other knee. I have had an height increase insole specially made for my shoe for me able to walk with less limbing. The non surgical knee is quite bend. Any videos about that frustrating time between having each knee replaced? You help so many people around the world!

How often can you work an area? Can you do a couple minutes everyday on an area with adhesions?

An explanation of the goal of the suction cups would be great. And how frequently to do this and how long to see results. My knees have the same adhesion.

I have adhesions on my abdomen from an one muscle pull. Can I do cupping like this everyday on the area?

my grand daughter is an acupuncturist. She uses glass cups and heats them first.. not sure what the difference is or how it helps.

Tony how long post op would you wait before starting any kind of cupping anyplace on the operated limb? How long before over the incision? Does anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy make a difference in your decision?

Normally I would wait 6 weeks or until the incision has been fully closed for 2 weeks. Yes, Aticoagulants/antiplatelet will affect this. As I mention in the video, I don't use these in the traditional sense. I simply apply a gentle negative pressure and release it within a few seconds. I watch for bruising and avoid broken blood vessels.
