Photoshop Flowey Battle with "Bombs for Throwing at You"

- I thought that "Bombs for Throwing at You" was very similar in structure to "Your Best Nightmare", so, I did this simple mod to see if it would fit as Photoshop Flowey battle theme.

OK, so I've been watching the old SAVE files of you defeating him, and I've got a 4 step plan. Step 1: No ACT buttons. Step 2: Destroy your old SAVE file. Step 3: Tons of defense to protect against the FIGHT buttons which leads right into step 4: FIGHT buttons for throwing at you! This plan is so good, I think I'm gonna let you save. I'm kidding, of course. Good bye!
Why does this speech feel so in-character to Asriel if he tried to act like Flowey again?

I wonder, if the Photoshop Flowey events were structured similarly to Wheatley's takeover of Aperture (as in, Portal 2's sections past Fall being translated into Undertale with UT's setting and characters), who would say this? I feel like it'd be Chara.
