Just let every experience flow through you. Do not resist them. All activities you sofar considered you are doing will be taken care of by the Nature called Brahman or God or YOU. TAT TWAM ASI.
You can always differentiate between Productive vs Non-Productive thoughts. For example if you want to go to nearby supermarket, you need to think list of items you need to buy, which supermarket you need to go etc. These are all productive thoughts. The thoughts that are being explained in this video is about Non productive thoughts like "If I go to supermarket, I may met with an accident" which will make you suffer. Hope you understood.
@@aravindj6550 With due respect to the concept.. if we say there is no work in the inner (mind) then why we should differentiate good and bad..productive and non productive thoughts.. we should let it happen and not get involved right? If we say no work is required in the inner then we should not get involved and analyse it. Am trying absorb this concept by asking questions..that's it..
@@sudhirkallingil7456 FYI Kindly, Again you are misinterpreting it. No living being cannot survive without having thoughts that help them perform their day to day activities. Our Thoughts is the driver to our physical entity i.e. our body. But suffering comes from chain of thoughts that doesn't let you function upon our fullest potential. Another example: We might have a bad day at work due to some conflict with our boss. But we might overthink that situation and our mind creates unwanted stories and follow that trail. We know those thinking won't help us but we cannot help ourselves to stop it. Instead of this we need to think how we can make it right by convincing our boss.
