My fridge went out a week ago and I was low on cash and thought i wouldnt be able to get a new one because i didnt have $1000 bucks to spare. Then I came across this video and just bought 1 from walmart for $215. Thank u so much ❤❤
It’s such a perfect size as a back up fridge and then if my main fridge dies I can shove everything important into it and know that I’m not gonna lose food so still loving it somebody suggested I do an update video I think I’m going to do that show them what I use it for

Yes only the knob in fridge controls both, and not much in the way of options. However it does get very cold and has continued to impress me particularly when the price is considered.
i bought it too at walmart, plugged it in for 8 hours with bottled water inside. They are still not cold, I wonder if the unit is broken or its just cheap and takes 48hrs to get cold? I am about to return this for a LG that cost much more. Cheap products never work well.
The instruction manual says it Hass to settle before you operate it. So if you have it standing up during moving it will be fine, but if you lay it down it Has to settle
I had no such problem I would imagine the condenser on yours is bad or did you travel with it tipped on its side and then not give it 24 hours before plugging it in because the oil needs to be able To settle back into place before use I know that something they wouldn’t have told you might be a problem or like I said bad compressor/condenser

How much was it, and I wish you had plugged it in and wanna know how loud it is because I also want to use it as a back up but I only have very little room
I bought one from home Depot it is the exact same design but branded RCA I paid about $312 for it I actually installed it in my RV and removed the gas refrigerator
The only noise I notice is an occasional condenser kick on vibration if it’s too close to the wall and otherwise nothing. Not even sure it on until I walk over sometimes. I did a check in review several months later because many people were asking similar questions and I would have plugged it in but I needed to move things in my office first. That’s just how we roll, recently we replaced our main kitchen refrigerator and I took out an entire partition wall to fit that because the old space was about 30 inches and the new refrigerator was 36 wide… i’d rather take out a wall than find and put in a smaller refrigerator for the main
Oh it would be perfect for an office! It’s just the right size for back up, small apartment or barn fridge situations. You should be very happy with it considering the price of things like this often are ridiculous 😜

😂😘my son wanted to do this, it was more based on the fact that I could find absolutely nothing online related to this item- not on Walmart or any other site… I had questions and sought to answer them through this and a second video - I didn’t know it was a thing… lol sadly I often fail at opening boxes and my older son literally shreds them.
@@atywood I may go to TH-cam infrequently, but there seems to be an obsession with opening boxes. I don't have time to watch it all day, so I'm just looking for the end game. If your kids had fun, that's all that really matters 🤩
Oh trust me I’m with you, I don’t understand the whole box opening channel craze my kid was 12 at the time and he got really excited about it, I felt I should post it because I could not find that refrigerator online anywhere. Not the Home Depot website, not the Lowe’s website, not the Walmart website it did not exist…not even Frigidaire!
It says $45 a year to run and to be honest I did not notice any changes in my electric bill at all. Shortly after I added a French door refrigerator full size in my kitchen as well and still did not see a change in the electric until the electric company raised the cost.
It’s now (3/23) $350 at BJ’s and $614 Home Depot, $449 at Best Buy, and most are out of stock as well. Prices have skyrocketed on fridges since inflation has hit hard this year. Yes this is an older model but even newer stock is hard to find still.
Yes I have had zero issues with it and even though the freezer ices up a little bit I prefer that and the refrigerator actually defrost pretty easily on its own has a nice little drain at the bottom

I’m stoked for you and I just realized it’s been about two years since I got mine! no problems🥰 I love it, I just pulled it out the other day to sweep under it and it occurred to me I have not had one issue and I bought it on a whim because I knew I needed a second refrigerator at the time it was $200 so I went for it and I am so glad I did because, as I mentioned, there was nothing online at Walmart at Frigidaire it wasn’t written about anywhere… That was the sole purpose in posting the video if you can’t find any information on an item at a good price that appears to be a decent purchase I can’t be the only one questioning

webking185 you have to let it remain standing for 4 hrs before plugging in if you had it lying down while you brought it home.
