We have previously examined reports that the United States may have conducted clandestine experiments during World War II, with the infamous Philadelphia Experiment successfully cloaking a naval warship from sight, but at great personal cost to those involved. Stories persist that the events aboard the USS Eldridge formed the basis for yet further disturbing research on the part of the US military, a sinister scientific programme known as The Montauk Project.

Note: There was no CIA at all until after WWII (the organization started in 1947, and clearly was in being organized mode from 1947 to 1949). In WWII, many of the figures who later joined the CIA did work in a predecessor agency called OSS (Office of Strategic Services) from 1942-1945. There was another (even smaller) group that oversaw the (very many) intelligence efforts scattered across the US government called the National Intelligence Authority which managed a small staff called the Central Intelligence Group. The NIA was a security council composed of 3 Secretary-level members and a personal representative of the President.

Every so often, something weird still washes up on the beach. A year or so ago, they closed off all the highways and beaches around there and did a"controlled burn". We never figured out why all of the sudden they decided to do that. It wasn't for overgrowth/wild fire control😳 The authorities said it was planned but it was a surprise to the population here. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if there was just some corpses washed up on beaches and they wanted to remove people for their safety. Whale carcasses for example can be very dangerous to people due to the pressure built in them from decomposition. When a whale carcasses explodes, large chunks of whale meat are sent flying far and wide and can cause serious injury and damages so makes sense to keep people away and keeping new low on these makes sure people who would want to see a whale corpse or the like can’t go and see it really unless they had a hunch. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was just to keep beach goers safe.

I without a doubt love bedtime stories and have been waiting a long long time to tell my story about this area. Ever since i was a young boy ive been a huge enthusiast of aviation and during the year of 2013 some of my closest friends in Rhode island set me up with some flight lessons out of Newport airfield. Me and the pilot instantly got along. we did our preflight checks took off out of New Port Airfield and flew past block Island. The Pilot then told me that we would be flying into New York and I thought it was the glimmer of the New York city but instead we would be landing in Monatuk. I knew what went and probably STILL goes on there but like most Pilots i figured he was super suspicous of such things but d knew nothing of the area and so I kept my mouth shut. As we landed we flew past the spinning red disk of camp and tried to make contact with the air traffic control tower and nothing happened which spooked the pilot enough for us to fly back and never return

Not to be skeptical of the story, but could the body that washed up on the shore actually truly been that of a dog? The description of it reminded me of the time I went on a field trip to one of the great lakes with my class. While waiting for a ferry, one of my classmates pointed out the body of a bloated dog in the water. The body didn't have any noticeable eyes, and all of its fur had been removed from its body. The flesh on once side of muzzle was torn away to reveal both the upper and lower jaws. Without the presence of eyes and part of its face missing, the head and muzzle looked very narrow and long. Considering where we were and the fact that many people allow their dogs to be off leash, we all assumed that the dog either drowned by swimming out too far or had fallen through thin ice the previous winter. Our teacher started yelling at us because students were taking pictures of the dog and one was poking it with a stick. To be honest that was the only interesting thing about the trip.

I remember the creature being indentified as a badly decomposed reacoon. The "beak" was simply part of the skull where the flesh has already rotted off. I think it was indentified by an expert examining the skeleton of the carcass. It is more interesting how many people are ignorant of the fact that dead creatures tend to decompose.

The Eldridge actually teleported and possibly time traveled
It was sent from Philadelphia to Virginia and North Carolina
The ship dematerializing and rematerializes and some of the men were fused in the metal deck.
In a bar in Philadelphia shortly after the experiment there were several sailors from the experiment and they started fighting with another group.
During the fight many eye witnesses saw these men dematerializing and rematerializing during the fight.
There is no doubt that this happened.
The base that is now Camp Hero State Park had many stories about civilians being abducted and taken to the underground complex under the base.
In addition to the main underground complex there was a DOD / AT&T microwave site that had it's own underground bunker complex.
It is possible that there was a passage connection between the two.
Despite the government denial that there was an underground complex, in all the military buildings, they never show the sub basement and underground complexes.
One of the tractor test sites that was a hospital they had the basement listed on the blueprints, but not the sub basements and the Urban explorers that went in before the site was demolished filmed finding the staircase going down from the basement into the sub-basement and found the stairs from that sub basement going down into the second sub-basement and the stairs going down into the third sub-basement were flooded but they could see that there was at least one more set of stairs going down into a fourth sub basement and typically the facilities would have six or 7 sub basements
In upstate NY during the hurricane IDA & LEE, the flooding was extremely catastrophic and the state office of emergency Management was activated and they utilized Cold War Bunkers, some of which had not been opened for 30 years.
One of them was at a major prison and the prison did not know that this bunker existed.
The state officials showed up and they had the keys and they showed the guards where the entrance was and they opened the bunker and went down 50 ft underground into this bunker and they had the two-way radios for the different state and federal agencies that were tube radios from the 60s.
They had their newer radios and they disconnected the old radios from the antenna connections and hooked up their new radios and they used that bunker during the entire hurricane disasters.
It was standard operating procedure for all State and Federal Facilities to build underground bunkers and never show them on any building plans.
Basically any large civil projects that were done after WW2 had at least a fallout shelter not listed on any blueprints.
Schools, prisons, airports, state buildings, apartment buildings for public housing.
And the building of these sites were done in piece meal with companies from out of state doing the excavation and pouring of concrete.
In the boiler room of the public housing there were steel plates on the floor covering the door to the fallout shelter.
The best way to hide these cold war Bunkers was to build them in plain sight.
When the SAC base in central NY closed several parcels were sold off.
One of them I actually got to see in the schoharie valley and it was a large field with a chain link fence going around the entire parcel and Gates and a road leading into the parcel and about 2000 feet down the road there was a parking lot with what looked like a little garage made out of concrete with a door on it and cameras.
Opening the door there were concrete stairs going down three levels.
The realtor said this was listed as the Alternate Backup Radar Site.
Which logically means there is a primary backup Radar site and the main Radar site and a backup to the main Radar site still in use.
The sheer size of this facility was incredible that it would have been a excavation like a quarry where it was 100 ft down and the size of a super Walmart and I talked to farmers who were there when this was built after world War II and I said there's no way you would not have known this was being built and they all said the same thing that they were visited by the military and told under no circumstances to ever talk about what was there.
They said they watch over the course of two years as this was excavated and the concrete was poured over the steel rebar.
And a lot of sites just like this had the same exact people that would have seen these places being built and would have been visited and told never to speak about them because it was National security.
And it's hard to imagine nowadays but back during world War II and after world War II the military was the word of Law and no one would dare go against them.
this was the time of people if they were suspected of being communists they would be arrested.
