  • continuing this dumb week of random training sessions, did another EHOH day - today, pull-ups (alternating with chin-ups) and planks (ala pavel style).
    0600-1500.
    20-22 reps each plus 10-15s plank.
    224 reps of pulls/chins total
    ‪@TheAgonistOfficial‬ oldie but a damned goody
    man of many hats today.
