Even though we all live in different places around the world, we still chop wood the same, build a fire the same, rake leaves 🍂 and we cook the same. Greetings from the state of Georgia USA! My grandparents had a farm, grew vegetables, cattle, pigs, chickens. I learned to care for the animals, preserve fruits, vegetablez, other foods and make butter, etc! Best years of my life!

Hi, thank you for your support. The meals prepared in this video were polenta, bacon and goats cheese plated in layers which is a very popular dish within the shepherds community and one of the most popular sweets called donuts. 😊

Куліш з бринзою і шкварками і полюшки традиційна їжа всього Карпатського регіону.
Мову вивчи й позорь Україну перед сусідами.
Куліш правильно варити так: зварити 1-2 картоплини 1 л води, розтовкати і повернути в воду, розмішати добре, а потім всипати, весь час перемішуючи кукурудзяну крупу грубого помелу - варити 3-5 хв весь час перемішуючи. Нехай постоїть в теплому 20хв.
Коли, наприкінці, додати сметану з яйцем вийде бануш.
Є купа блогерів в Закарпатті , Прикарпатті, Буковині котрі ще краще вміють.

Around min. 17, the man says something like "In these places, whoever puts in the work won't be poor". As a Romanian, it's what I noticed in several such villages. It's hard work, but the only people who are poor are those who have a drinking problem - the exception to that is those who have a severe health issue and no family. Most people, though, produce most of their food, they can build their own houses or find neighbours who know hot to if necessary, and they can either sell/exchange extra produce, or find something to do for their better off neighbors. But the work is pretty hard and daily - animals, for instance, don't take weekends off from feeding.
My great grandparents had a farm in the Carpathians in western Ukraine and went to Canada in 1897 to take up a homestead

I thought they were going to bake them like biscuits and then they put them in that deep oil the other videos they did the same.
