I'd go Stingers all the way. It sounds like a muscle car should sound, deep smooth clean and muscular. The other 2 are to spitty, farty sloppy and blah sounding, like a bunch of noise in a bunch of empty tin cans. But honestly I would go with stock exhaust manifold stock H-pipe and Stinger catback exhaust. I know your not getting any gains but it's the cleanest meanest sound I've ever heard from a Terminator.
The secret is stay with an h and stingers. You can even have an OR hpipe and it sounds clean with stingers. Ataks are too much with an OR mid. The middle one had the h but not the stingers and the first one has the stingers but not the OR h. I agree first one sounds best but the first setup only OR h would be even better imo
@@midnight347 Yup, also if anyone notice, the stock headers produce that bubble burble sound (is what I call it) at idle and during deceleration. It gives the Cobra the very distinctive signature you know it's a Terminator sound, it's as if the exhaust is blowing bubbles out of it. Now I've heard some great sounding headers on some Terminators and while they sound awesome I don't want to lose that signature bubble burble. Type this in the TH-cam search. Ctwbluejay 2003 SVT Cobra Borla Exhaust. This is that bubble burble I'm speaking of 😁

I had a Mach with long tubes or x and flows it seems like it did that too but it's been 10 years I never had any videos of it running so I'm not 100% my 07 gt500 also has that 4v mod motor burble you're talking about. I have stock manifolds OR h and Borla stingers. I always had flows before but always wanted stingers this car had them when I bought it they likely won't go anywhere the sound is heavenly. So it isn't really a "terminator" thing as much as a 4v mod motor thing. The coyote has a different firing order thus a different sound. The exhaust routing effects it some but it's mostly the firing order. I like the pre coyote mod motor sound better myself.
@@midnight347 Yup and I forgot that the 07 GT500 had that same burble. So yeah firing order definitely the key factor. And just as you said the older 5.0 sounds great too, yup the good old days. I'm not much a fan of the sound of the newer coyote, but it's no denying it's potential.
