- Night Lord Is BROKEN In GMS Maplestory! In today's video we go over how good Night Lord really is in GMS. This class has one of the strongest bursts in the game along with very good movement. The only downside to this class is that it doesn't have any iframes which makes surviving a bit challenging at times. Shout out to Spratz for doing an amazing job showing off Night Lord.

@@ryanhoang1123 it's 5.5% overall on an already good class. When combined with a ~5% FD nerf to NW, Xenon and Mercedes, this is a decent gapcloser. NL mains are just super entitled and think that not being #1 = garbage.

@@xdz96honestly even if they got buffed it’s not really that insane considering 90% of their dmg is in burst and classes like NW, Merc, and xenon all do relatively similar dmg on burst and WAY more dmg off burst.
With the meta seeming to move away from bind burst except for kalos and after the recent change to kalos even that’s a question mark. Xlotus, limbo, kaling, and seren all are DPM bosses, with the sole exception of p2 kaling and deer phase seren, they are all DPM bosses.
While I wouldn’t consider NLs weak, I think the 5% buff is definitely warranted after the bishop nerfs. Pure burst classes are definitely a lot weaker after the changes and NLs being the forerunner of only burst no dpm classes definitely is hurting after those changes.
While I think NLs are disillusioned to think their class is bad in any way shape or form, even as a DW main, I don’t think the class is going to be OP tier like before after the recent KMS patch.
Truth be told, based on the KMS dpm list floating around classes like NW, Merc, and Xenon are definitely a peg above NL tho.
Humbly in my opinion burst classes should have below avg overall BAs compared to the DPM classes that gotta sweat their asses off to do full dmg. Like Xenon has no business having one of the biggest bursts in the game while having some of the best overall BA’s in the game and having one of the safest bursts on top of that.
Bring back Selenik, we need to see that juiced WH showcase!

aint broken which class isnt broken with that item setup? Funny how nl has to stay literally on top of the boss to do our full dmg and if u dont have gene well good luck. You f up once there goes ur 3min burst since you have non-existent dmg without your burst

@@ownthispwnI main NL. NL is 100% one of the best bursts in the game and can melt bosses during that time period. That said, yes.. Off-burst is really bad but we are getting buffed according to KMS patch notes. It's not massive but it's going to be much better overall.

Broken in the sense that we have zero defensive abilities besides dark sight, well yes.
Don't need defensive abilities when you run away from the boss the second your burst runs out
