Forever th-cam.com/video/C9Tuxp2xJb8/w-d-xo.html
Quite a lively rendition. I enjoyed it. But you really should not call it a "folk song" since that term means a traditional song of unknowe authorship. Mark Warshawsky (1848-1907), who wrote the words and music also for Oyfn Pripetshik and MANY other Yiddish songs, should be given proper credit.
@@GefilteDrive Glad I could help. One of the best things about replies on TH-cam--yours brought me back to your video again. Lots of fun to watch again. And I watched a few of your others. Creative as well as musically well done. I loved the costumes, especially in Tumbalalaika. Twirl those skirts! I was wondering: I see all of the Russian; are you originally from Lithuania or where? Do any of you actually speak Yiddish, or you just fell in love with the songs?
@@OtisFan1 First of all thank you for coming back - we appreciate it! We all (almost) come from the former USSR countries. We love our culture and songs as a part of it.
