If you hadn't realised, you were essentially arrested for carrying stolen goods (items in your inventory marked with the red square). So, you became a criminal without even realising xD.
@@LIZZgame yo can sell stolen goods at trade authority. You can also sell them to them and buy it back for the same pricing, clearing it of it stolen status for free, just dont leave the shop screen until you buy it back. You can also sell contraband at the trade authority, but be weary, if you can get scanned entering a system, theyll arrest you unless you have unscannable cargo holds. if you need to sell contraband, jump to the wolf system, and sell at the trade authority at the den space station. They wont scan you there.
Anyone watching in the future, put a point in persuasion and lock picking early, because you have to do a lot of them to upgrade the different levels, and you have to put a point in FIRST, before it will count the ones you do. 👍🏻

Since no one commented on the "slowly letting the air out" - you're forgetting basic physics here. There's a vacuum outside - which means zero pressure.And there's you. 1 bar pressure. Exactly how flexible is your skin? Ever seen Total Recall? A bit overdone but, yes, the pressure difference won't be nice on you.
@@LIZZgame - It was the pep talk on the prison ship how the Crimson Fleet likes to kill people - by slowly letting the air out of the suit. And you assumed that you'd just fall asleep. Nope. You fall asleep when you can inhale, say, CO2 or N2 (Stickstoff). When you don't get enough air to fill the lungs ... very unpleasant. Oh, and I did mention the pressure difference that wants to make your body explode? No - not a peaceful way to go.
The loot she got arrested for wasn't marked as owned. I think anything that's marked as owned won't show the icon unless you open the inventory of the container you take it from.
