Julia, you should look into the Marquette method for birth control/fertility tracking! You can track your temperature but also measure your hormones levels throughout your cycle to have more clarity. It’s 98% effective when protocol is followed properly and several studies have been done on it/are being done on it. I’m on my 6th month using it and it has given my husband and I so much peace of mind. There’s also some cool tech being studied with it right now called the Mira monitor. I literally never comment on TH-cam videos but I just wanted to share it with you because it is such a game changer if you don’t want to take hormonal birth control!!
Also, if you want to continue to track temperature I personally recommend Tempdrop! I did some research about the Oura ring and many people said that the temperature won’t be as accurate since it is further away from the center of your body. Tempdrop is worn as a cuff at night and sits near your armpit, so it is closer to the warm parts of your body. I got married this summer and didn’t want to get on hormonal birth control so I spent hours and hours researching. You totally don’t have to take my advice, but just wanted to share in case it is helpful!
I gave away my annoying - bulky - obsolete smart watch and got an Oura Ring - so sleek - so minimal - provides excellent information every day to help you get healthier - it really rocks.
Hi! You probably won’t read this but just wanted to tell you, I sleep with my apple watch and it tracks my sleep very well. For example when you are awake or when you of in REM sleep etc… hope it helps!🥰
I have the silver horizon and the scratches are SO BAD. I work in an ER so maybe I’m rougher with my hands but the scratches are horrible on the silver finish. Way more noticeable I think thank your gold finish looks. Still love the ring so much.
