I've been wearing my Oura ring since Novemeber and love it! My biggest piece of advice it make sure you wear a cover if you are going to be working out/ lifting items because they scratch so easily
I got mine late last year! I love it! I do wear mine in the shower sometimes. I read up on it as well and Oura said you can. Just be careful because it does have a battery or something like that.
You have a beautiful nail polish color of a pretty pink French tip, Julia! French tips are one of my favorite nail polishes to see on women on both fingers and toes!
It’s alright to shower with! Also, I know that you can switch your ring to a different finger while you sleep just in case it does swell! I tried getting a size that can fit snug on some fingers, loose on others for this reason. Your finger size might change during the winter as well so you can switch then :)

I heard the Gen 4 could be coming out this year, which is why I haven't bought the ring yet. Anyone have any insight as to when the newer model comes out? (I use the Natural Cycles app so this would be perfect, but don't want to have to buy two rings!) I also can't decide between the gold or rose gold. I heard the regular gold leans kind of green and the rose gold leans more real gold with a tiny bit more warmth. Any opinions welcome!
I have also been seeing it on other other TH-camrs videos and on tv and I have been wanting to try it! Do you sleep with it on? I also want something to track my sleep and how well I sleep because I do not sleep well and get up during the night/early morning.
I love the ring but apprehensive because I also DO NOT sleep with any jewelry on. I take all my rings off so not sure how this will work out with me sleeping with this ring on.

I would think that dimple on the ring would be difficult to keep at the bottom, especially while sleeping.
