    You could have edited this video to make it seem like you got that needle in on the first try, but you didn’t and that’s what help me and clearly some others the most. Can you imagine how hard it is if you have chunky hands too 🤯. Thank you for this realistic tutorial. I have gesture for the rude comments, but I’ll mimic your kindness. I came here to say the same thing. It was really refreshing and comforting to watch someone else struggle. My needle broke right as I was about to try to put in a zipper for the 4th freaking time after having messed it up the first 3 times. Many tears of frustration were shed and having the comradery of struggling really brought me some peace and comfort. Thank you

    Do I need to try and find the broken piece of my old needle?

    • @DIYNINJA
      @DIYNINJA  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      HI! You should try to find the piece if you can in case it fell into your machine, so it doesn't cause any potential problems later but usually when the needle breaks it flies off somewhere else. If you can't find it though it's not that big a deal. Usually, it's so small its super hard to find. So to recap, try to find it but if you don't, don't worry about it. Hope that answered your question and thanks so much for watching!

    Is it possible that the top part of my broken needle is still stuck on the machine? When i try to insert my new needle it just doesnt go in

    • @DIYNINJA
      @DIYNINJA  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! Yes it is possible that your old needle is stuck in the machine but just in case, make sure the flat part of the needle is facing away from you and that you are putting it in the right slot. Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to wiggle in place. Otherwise if worse case scenario it is stuck in there, you will have to bring your machine to a repair shop. Hope that was helpful and thanks for watching!

    what happens if my needle broke and went inside? it looks exactly yours when it broke but i cant find the tip :(
    ive already broke three needles for my first time embroidering, and it keeps embroiding a hole on my fabric. pls help

    • @DIYNINJA
      @DIYNINJA  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      HI! Oh my I'm so sorry to hear about your struggles but don't worry it happens to us all when we first start. If you needle breaks and falls into the machine, you should try to find it but if
      you open up the machine and can't find it but your machine works just fine then there's nothing more you can do . The tip of a needle is so tiny it shouldn't affect your machine but just in case try your best to find it. I have never been able to find the broken piece if it fell in my machine but if only happened once. Other times when I broke a needle it flew somewhere else. The reason for your multiple broken needles in a row may be because you didn't tighten the embroidery foot all the way. It has to be SUPER tight or else it wiggles during embroidering and causes needles to break. That happened to me before and I just reinstalled my embroidery foot and used the tool that came with the machine to make sure it was super tight, and it seems to fix the problem so maybe try doing that and see if that works for you. When it comes to embroidering a hole in your fabric....are you using a stabilizer sheet with your fabric? If not, you need that to help hold the stitches in. I have a whole playlist of embroidery videos on my channel you might want to check out. If you are already using a stabilizer sheet in your hoop along with your fabric, depending on how thick your fabric is you might want to change the thickness of your stabilizer sheet. For example, if you are trying to embroider on super thin fabric you need a thicker stabilizer or layer multiple sheets of stabilizer behind your fabric. Hope that helps and don't worry you will be a pro at this in no time! Thanks so much for watching!

    • @jhech
      @jhech 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@DIYNINJA omg thank you so much for responding! i will definitely try having a thicker stabilizer or fabric, and tighten my embroider foot! When I do embroider, it tends to get matted and just sews a big ball / or it never really comes out smooth as it should be :(

    • @DIYNINJA
      @DIYNINJA  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jhech No problem! Make sure you're hooping your fabric tight enough too like a drum and double check your top and bobbin thread to make sure the tension is right. Also try to slow down the speed when embroidering a little. I find that prevents something getting caught and creating a ball or nesting. Sounds like maybe you're just not hooping the fabric tight enough though but its good to double check everything just to be safe. With a little practice embroidering will seem a lot less frustrating and way more fun! You got this!

    Hi how do I go where I left off it cut off in the middle of doing a letter

    • @DIYNINJA
      @DIYNINJA  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! That depends. If you were in the middle of doing a letter and a thread breaks or bobbin runs low, usually after you fix the issue the machine will resume where it left off. There is a also a minus symbol with a thread spool logo button that allows you to go back how ever many steps you want. Just make sure not to remove your hooped fabric so that it is in the same position as when you started embroidering. Hope that made sense and that you figure it out. It's kind of hard to explain in words. Thanks so much for watching!

    How can I fix my automatic threader needle is not workin I have change the needle. I’m very frustrated is a new machine.

    • @DIYNINJA
      @DIYNINJA  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi. I've been through the same thing before so I understand your frustration. In my experience, make sure the needle is all the way up when you replaced it before tightening the needle in. Then if so, make sure the presser foot is up and that the needle is in the highest position. Sometimes it looks like it is but it really isn't. You can check this by turning the hand wheel towards you and let the needle go down and back up a couple times so you can see when it is in the highest position. Or press the needle up button on your machine if it has one a couple times to make sure it is in the highest position. The threader and the needle hole have to match up perfectly for it to work. If it still doesnt work check to make sure you didnt break the hook on the needle threader from trying to thread it into a needle that wasnt in the right position. If so you will have to get a replacement part for that. Or if anything you might just have to buy a cheap manual nerdlebthreader from amazon and do it by hand everytime. Hope that helped and good luck!

      You have to open the metal plate with the tool provided with your machine. If you can't find it sometimes a quarter might work. Whatever can loosen the 2 screws should work. Then slide out the metal top plate and the plastic peice over the bobbin should come off too. Then try to see if you can find it or use a strong magnet to try to suck it up. It has happened to me before and after opening it up and searching for it, I couldn't find it but as long as it doesn't lodge in the wrong place and your machine works fine it should be OK but its best to try to get it out if you can. The video would've been 2 minutes if she didn't stop talking about stuff that didn't matter. So annoying. Disappointed that I even gave this video a view.
