One is thinking, Modern age. The picture on the wall even says it. Some time designers visit pass gone decor. I live it even the dark greys an paint streaks. I usually like the lighter colors. But, I have been touched. Thanks for the tour Janice. Enjoyed.

Channing, real estate is indeed about location. This townhouse placed somewhere else could be more or less, depending on the location.
It depends on location. In New York City or Boston for example, a house of this size and finishes typically is priced at a minimum of $1,400,000. In east Tennessee or Kentucky on the other hand, it might be $250,000 or so.
In NYC, that house would probably be more like $1,200,000.

That depends, in many cities, there's no much difference in pricing between detached houses, townhouses and condos.
