Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet Potato Casserole! Perfect for holiday gatherings and everyday dishes too!
Ingredients:
4 cans sweet potatoes
1/3 c margarine
1 1/3 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp orange peel or flavoring
Topping ingredients:
1c brown sugar
1/3 c flour
1/3 stick butter
1c pecans
Instructions:
Topping:
Melt butter. Mix flour and sugar. Add to butter. Allow to chill while mixing potatoes.
Melt butter and mix with sweet potatoes.
Add sugar, salt, milk and flavoring.
Beat eggs and fold into potatoes.
Pour into greased baking dish. 9x9.
Cover with topping and bake.
Bake at 350 35 mins. Can broil for a few mins to brown top if desired.
