One major factor was left out is that we are seeing global inflation. I saw it in the news that most countries are all competing for parts , products food etc. Even nations that managed their rates better are seeing major issues. The glut of money was an issue sure, but the surging demand from nation that re-opened from covid lockdowns played a larger role. Add to this pandemic-related staffing issues and the intentional global oil supply problems and its a nightmare. I known the intention was to explain inflation but that doesn't do justice to the current inflation on a global scale.

Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

You’re right! Working with a financial advisor who has worked in a solid financial firm for a long time, such as John will actually set you up for success in life. I'm delighted I was able to reach out to "John Desmond Heppolette" earlier this year because while others were grumbling about the downturn in the markets due to the state of the economy, I was busy learning from him and eventually made over seven figures in the first quarter alone, which is why it's always good to join the right community.

I've been making more than six figures passively investing with John Desmond Heppolette, who showed me the right community to join and grow mv finances and I don't have to do much work. It doesn't matter if the market is crashing, I will always make returns.

There is "Deflation" and Deflation. There are different kinds of "Deflation". One is where the people have become poor because of their government's misgovernance and the lack of social support system such as Japan that has suffered 40 years of Deflation. Another is a high-saving population that immediately cuts expenditures at the slightest concern over global economic developments, which is China. "Deflation" in China is a good reminder that the sun doesn't shine every day. A dose of hardship brings about reality. But the sun will soon shine brightly again and the Chinese population will be ready.

This is a vicious cycle where people spend less and people lose jobs as factories get closed, still people spend less as they don't have money after losing jobs. There is no comeback. The answer is: Inflation is good for those who took on a loan on assets because its cheap to repay as inflation also inflates their income. (eventualy)
Inflation is not good for those who have savings as purchase power has decreased.
On contrary, deflation is good for people who have saving as power to purchase is higher, where those who took on the loan is bad as it be harder to repay the loan as their profits are lower through deflation.

The question is how that fallen CPI of 0,3% will affect China's economy in Q3 and Q4, and what will be CPI in Q3 and Q4, will it continuing to fall or it will rise, then from that point we will have the whole picture of China's economy for the year 2023. Due the Ukraine war, the Energy and Agriculture sectors push up their cost of production, and make ordinary citizens suffer.
And its because of the run away inflation in US, highest in 40 years, the US Fed started their crazy interest hike which make US citizens getting poorer and poorer.
If they can slow down their infltion, they will thank GOD. Even India was hit by Food inflation in Onion, Tomato and Potatos, isn‘t it?
If China not only maintain inflation, but actually turn it into a Deflation, Chinese Government is doing a great service to its citizens.
The deflation caused in China was mainly the burst of property bubbles. Now, every one can rent cheap accommodation, cheaper shops to rent, and cheap food to buy.
How nice, what a wonderful world, isn‘t it? where everything is getting cheaper by day.

Saudi Arabia has to understand that Saudi Arabia is basically like an autocratic government. They tell their people what to do but in Israel it is a democratic society. The people tell the government what they want and what they need and what to do it’s not the same thing they have a lot of things they need to discuss. They have a lot of things to make these deals with, but there Hass to be concessions on both sides, and concessions cannot mean being going against Israel Israel has they’re going to government and they have a government run by the people. It is totally different from Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia needs to understand that just like Saudi Arabia wants the Jewish people to understand them the Jewish people want Saudi Arabians to understand them too. That’s a big hurdle.

China is a 4000 year master of subterfuge with Confucius, Sun Tzu and several allied edicts evolving into time critical strategies thereof. If their economy appears to be flattening out it is more of a planned strategic retreat to lower share value of " outsiders " and stalemate economic imbalances by diverting assessment criteria beyond Western analytical precedents. They have industry, skillsets, raw materials and productivity in " Make in China" or Confiscated for China mode which is an empowerment and not a liability. They have proactively diversified markets to Africa, Middle East and South America which have " raw material" !Dedollarization is being progressed deliberately which will have significant effect on the existing old economic order. They are playing their covert and overt game professionally.
