some people on reddit reported that they get red patches after using it. It seems like the company uses alcohol to extract the centella ingredient.

ITS AMAZING. I have dry and sensitive skin who occasional rosacea and eczema flare ups. All five products are amazing at keeping my skin glass like and not red at all anymore. The best product of this line is ampoule. It’s heaven in a bottle!
I've bought the ampoule from yesstyle and have been loving it so far! it feels gentle on my skin and just feels like a watery toner but I guess since everyone skin type is different you wont know how your skin reacts until you try it

I noticed when you applied your toner after cleansing, your skin foamed up a little bit. Mine does that all the time too! Do you think that it effects the product? I always thought I wasn’t washing my cleanser off properly

The aha bha toner from cosrx is amazing I spray that over my face and swipe with a cotton pad before using skin 1004 products. I have dry sensitive skin that is always red

Most likely comedonal acne. You need a chemical peel and a chemical exfoliator my love.
Also you face wash should have some salicylic acid and you need to make sure you wash your face 2x a day.
Then use a great toner.
Then seal your skin is an oil free moisturizer.
You need to keep you skin clean. Kill bacteria. Keep your skin moisturized. ❤
