Have an emergency fund. Try to get a job with a 401k... if you live near a big city all you need are computer skills and you can start as front desk, make a good salary and move up. Good luck. Believe in yourself!
Thanks for the inspiration! I’ve saved almost $20,000 in 4 months since becoming debt free living on next to nothing, working way extra and focusing on saving. I have so much less anxiety not having to worry about finances as much. I worked my butt off to get out of debt, it was not easy! Cheers to a great future!!

My relationship with money has always been tied to an emotional place, I have been slowly putting my self out of the financial hole I dug myself into. Some days it feels like I am clawing my nails in the dirt walls, but seeing others being able to do it makes me believe I can too. Using the cash budget with zero dollars leftover helped me stop spending money when I’m sad or down, because they is no money to spend. Every penny has a place in my budget. Certain savings I have for treated as bills in my budget like my retirement, emergency and car fund. Dollar tree plates are indestructible. When my husband and I got a little money we went crate and barrel and splurged on there plate sets. Cost over 200 dollars. Everyone of those bowls and plates broke! Got the dollar tree plates, years later not even a scratch on them. Sometimes boujee ain't worth it. Lol great video and congrats.

I’m totally into this mindset as well. Getting control of my finances has been one of my proudest accomplishments last year into this year. Just paid off 4 credit cards and on the way to pay off the rest. I want to get out of debt so bad and the cash envelope method has helped me so much. Your videos have inspired me so fucking much Jaz. This definitely hit home for me, I never knew about cash stuffing or challenges till last year during the pandemic. Now I have an emergency fund working on my 3 to 6 months savings, I told myself that I will never be broke again between my cash envelopes, sinking funds, and challenges, I will be okay had to change my mindset.

I started October 1, 2022 (not even 2 weeks ago lol) and I am literally shocked at how much I saved before my next paycheck even hits. I work a full-time job, a part-time job, and a side business and was barely making it paycheck to paycheck by spending irresponsibly. September was a wake up call as I realized I have no Christmas savings or any kind of savings. With two kids, I’ve got to do better. Thank you again!!

Thank you so much for making this channel! I am at the very beginning I got of this journey. I still feel a little intimidated to do all cash stuffing so over the past few weeks, I’ve done cash only for gas, groceries and fun money. On Friday I was able to finish paying off my car! I realized this week that I may have gotten a bit too excited in paying it off so quick and not fully organizing and knowing my other payments (that can vary in amount) so I have to build back up and plan better for this month. Still, it’s encouraging to know that I actually can build up money to pay off debt, to put into savings, etc. I also decided I’m going to do a couple side hustles. Cheers to living a better life with less anxiety!!

I have been working on paying off old debt and getting to where I owe the minimum for necessities like mortgage, insurance, etc. I have no credit card debt but I do have medical bills that I'm working on next and I need ro start saving. I've figured out how to pay off my debt but saving for the future is my next mountain to climb. I just decided last week to take a new job where there is growth and training and I wasn't sure if it was the right choice and this video helped me realize it is a step in the right direction so thank you for being here and guiding people like me 🤗😘💝

Would you make a video for us who are new talking about how you started your business and what you do? How can I make a successful business doing at home work? Maybe you've already made those videos, I'm not sure. But you being so vulnerable and so open and honest with your numbers gives me so much hope and faith because I can see a realistic budget and get a realistic idea of the income and also get a realistic idea of where to put my money. It's so inspiring to see it and to watch your transformation and you grow! I really liked what you said at the end the most. I grew up poor and never realized that we lived below the poverty line. My mother makes $20,000/year and gets $900 per pay. I never knew any different because so many in my state make that little and work so hard. We always had Christmas and food in the house, just not much.

I’m totally into this mindset as well. Getting control of my finances has been one of my proudest accomplishments last year into this year. Just paid off 4 credit cards and on the way to pay off the rest. I want to get out of debt so bad and the cash envelope method has helped me so much. Your videos have inspired me so fucking much Jaz. This definitely hit home for me, I never knew about cash stuffing or challenges till last year during the pandemic. Now I have an emergency fund working on my 3 to 6 months savings, I told myself that I will never be broke again between my cash envelopes, sinking funds, and challenges, I will be okay had to change my mindset.

I started October 1, 2022 (not even 2 weeks ago lol) and I am literally shocked at how much I saved before my next paycheck even hits. I work a full-time job, a part-time job, and a side business and was barely making it paycheck to paycheck by spending irresponsibly. September was a wake up call as I realized I have no Christmas savings or any kind of savings. With two kids, I’ve got to do better. Thank you again!!

Thank you so much for making this channel! I am at the very beginning I got of this journey. I still feel a little intimidated to do all cash stuffing so over the past few weeks, I’ve done cash only for gas, groceries and fun money. On Friday I was able to finish paying off my car! I realized this week that I may have gotten a bit too excited in paying it off so quick and not fully organizing and knowing my other payments (that can vary in amount) so I have to build back up and plan better for this month. Still, it’s encouraging to know that I actually can build up money to pay off debt, to put into savings, etc. I also decided I’m going to do a couple side hustles. Cheers to living a better life with less anxiety!!

I just recently found your channel and I am so grateful 🙏. I have been working on paying off old debt and getting to where I owe the minimum for necessities like mortgage, insurance, etc. I have no credit card debt but I do have medical bills that I'm working on next and I need ro start saving. I've figured out how to pay off my debt but saving for the future is my next mountain to climb. I just decided last week to take a new job where there is growth and training and I wasn't sure if it was the right choice and this video helped me realize it is a step in the right direction so thank you for being here and guiding people like me 🤗😘💝

Maybe you've already made those videos, I'm not sure. But you being so vulnerable and so open and honest with your numbers gives me so much hope and faith because I can see a realistic budget and get a realistic idea of the income and also get a realistic idea of where to put my money. It's so inspiring to see it and to watch your transformation and you grow!
I really liked what you said at the end the most. I grew up poor and never realized that we lived below the poverty line. My mother makes $20,000/year and gets $900 per pay. I never knew any different because so many in my state make that little and work so hard. We always had Christmas and food in the house, just not much.
